You Own A Bond Accessing You Bond Waiver Benefit Privilege Waiver Benefit Privilege 2 Declaratory Judgement 1 Declaratory Judgement 2 Declaratory Judgement 3 Not only do we show this piece of damming legislation as evidence of the bankruptcy but we also have the Amendment to the Gold Standards Act 1925 better known as Bill 227 or 277 if Hansards have it correct which dissolved the connection to Gold in our currency as the bill was finally passed on the 21 of September 1931, hence why we now operate Fiat Currency which is backed by the tax or labour of the citizens, furthermore to back up the Bankruptcy claim is double entry bookkeeping which is just a claim and counter claim balancing exercise. • How Science Can Determine Human Values Science & Reason on Facebook: Sam Harris @ TEDtalks (Part 1/3): How science can determine human values. Can science answer moral questions? --- Please subscribe to Science & Reason: • • • • --- Questions of good and evil, right and wrong are commonly thought unanswerable by science. But Sam Harris argues that science can -- and should -- be an authority on moral issues, shaping human values and setting out what constitutes a good life. • --- Sam Harris has been identified as one of the "Four Horsemen of Atheism" -- company he shares with Richard Dawkins, Dan Dennett and Christopher Hitchens. An outspoken proponent of skepticism and science, his two books -- "The End of Faith" and its follow-up "Letter to a Christian Nation" -- have become best-sellers. In "The End of Faith", Harris showed "a harrowing glimpse of mankinds willingness to suspend reason in favor of religious beliefs, even when these beliefs inspire the worst of human atrocities." After receiving thousands of angry letters in response, he wrote "Letter to a Christian Nation", which centered on religious controversies in the United States stem cell research, intelligent design, and links between religion and violence. Harris received a degree in philosophy from Stanford and a Ph.D. in neuroscience from UCLA. He is the co-founder and CEO of Project Reason, a nonprofit devoted to spreading scientific knowledge and secular ...

  • Spyderco Tenacious: Hanging Tough Value It's pretty much unbelievable to me that this knife, brand new, cost me only $28. Here's a compact tactical and EDC blade that features textured G10 handles, skeletonized SS liners, strong liner lock (from all appearances), functional jimping on both the top and bottom (!), good 4 corner clip, strong lockup, and super fast deployment riding on phosphor bronze bushings. The feel is solid, balance is good, the deployment is rapid (thanks to the phosphor bronze bushing), and the lockup is flawless on the Tenacious. The full flat ground 8Cr13MoV blade (like AUS8) is beautifully finished and I think will handle most cutting tasks very well (it is on the wide side however). . Like Japanese-made AUS8 steel, 8Cr13MoV is a high carbon (.8%) stainlees steel that is balances corrosion resistance, edge holding, toughness, and ease of sharpening well. The one downside I can detect is insufficient in-handle retention caused by a weak detent. But thats about it. Intially I had discounted this blade as being too heavy and therefoer I wasn't interested. I was wrong. This is an outstanding, EXTREMELY HIGH VALUE blade that I suspect can pretty much handle whatever you throw at it. This knife offers amazing value (like a more affordable Spyderco Caly3). /////////////////////////// Nutnfancy Likeability Scale for Spyderco Tenacious: 8 of 10 (price considered)
  • value - what is it, and how do you store it? The purpose of this video is to make the viewer think: What makes something valuable? • Taurus PT1911: Benchmark Value It is unrealistic to expect the Taurus PT1911 to have the same fit and finish and precision of a Kimber, Springfield, RRA, S&W, Ed Brown, Les Baer, Wilson Combat, Sig or other higher end 1911 pistol. But at its approx. $650 price point it is very hard to beat. In the POU of recreational range gun, home defense choice, or open carry weapon, it excels. You can expect excellent accuracy. The model shown, a PT1911 AL (aluminum frame) is capable of 2 groups at 25 yards, maybe even better. Extensive offhand shooting both at paper and steel plates, confirmed this remarkable practical accuracy, with about 1 groups being the norm at about 15 yards while standing. In this regard it competes well with most other 1911s. Reliability was spotty at first and we experienced failures to go into battery with American Eagle 230 gr FMJ loads (while Wolf ammo functioned perfectly at that time). These hang-ups disappeared after what I consider a needed break-in period. In its stock form, it cycled several loads with no problems, including JHPs. When outfitted with an Ed Brown Value Hammer and Sear and Smith & Alexander Series 80 Hi Grip Safety, problems arose: hammer follow occurred (shown) and re***ing during fire sequence failed. Restoration to the Taurus stock parts brough back reliability. Taurus lists many supposedly expensive custom features that are included in the gun and indeed there are many useful features that enhance accuracy, ergonomics, reliability, and looks. Excellent ...
