Vada Forming Machine .tw .tw A vadai - Tamil வடை- Malayalam വട - (also vada, wada, vade), pronounced 'vah-daa', 'vah-dey', or 'vah-die', is a savoury snack from South India, shaped like a doughnut and made from dal, lentil or potato. It is a traditional South Indian food known from antiquity. There is one other variety commonly known in south India as aamai vadai (Tamil ஆமை வடை, literally "turtle-vadai"). This is prepared using lentils. Vada can vary in size and shape, though most are comparable to the Western doughnut except that the Indian vada is spicy unlike the sweet doughnut. Mashed or diced potatoes and lentils are seasoned — sometimes sauteed — then shaped, covered in a gram flour batter and deep-fried. Although battered and deep-fried, the finished product should not be too oily if prepared correctly, since steam build-up within the vada pushes all oil away from within the vada. A vada served in a bun (known as a pav) with chutney is known as a vada pav, a common Indian street food in Maharashtra. [Reference]

The American Medical Association is funding his research on Bone marrow cancer. Just before Duke is about to be married to his love, Pooja played by Kangna Ranaut he meets with an accident. He is paralyzed neck downwards and as a result, Pooja abandons him Duke is left a bitter man In the hospital he meets12 year old Roshan who is stubborn, naughty and full of life. Roshan wishes to save his sister Roshni from cancer. Duke takes it upon himself to finish his research so Roshni can be treated. Roshan, meanwhile becomes Dukes source of strength everyday he entertains Duke by giving live commentary on whats happening outside the window of his hospital room. In time, Duke starts to gain sensation in his hands and legs. One day the doctor tries to make him walk with the help of crutches. Duke manages to walk to the window but as he draws the curtains to look outside at the world which gave him hope, he is shocked to find just a tall boundary wall outside. The doctor reconfirms that the wall had been there for years. Intrigued, when Duke enquires about Roshan's sister, he is told that it is Roshan who suffers from cancer, not his sister. Schezwan Vada Pav SCHEZWAN VADA PAV 2 tbsp Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce 1 tbsp Ching's Secret Soy Sauce 3-4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed 1 cup Besan 4-5 pcs pav/soft bread rolls Salt and pepper to taste ½ cup of chopped spring onion 1 tbsp of red chilli flakes Method: Mix Ching's Secret Schezwan Sauce and Ching's Secret Soy Sauce, chilli flakes, salt and pepper to the potatoes and make small balls of the mixture. Mix besan and water to make a thick batter. Coat each ball with the besan batter and deep fry till crisp. Slice the soft bread roll, coat the inside of bread roll with 1 tbsp of Ching's Secret Schezwan sauce, place the vada in between the layers of the roll and serve hot. http
