Gojira - Vacuity (Guitar Cover) I love Gojira. They just totally rule. No lie. 2008's The Way of All Flesh isn't my favorite Gojira album, but it still kicks quite a bit of ass. Vacuity is one of my favorite songs off the album, so I thought I'd film a little guitar cover of it. I started day dreaming a few times during the video and ended up making a few mistakes, but nothing major. I'm playing my Ibanez RG7EXFX2 with just the bridge EMG707, tuned to GCGCFAD, through my Fractal Audio Axe-FX Ultra, only using the Recto New amp model on this one. Luckily Gojira's tone is closer to my tone than some guys I've been covering...
The Aeonic Order of Vacuity - Last Moments Off of the demo "Nether" which is freely available to download. "Nether is the first demo and release by the sole member of The Aeonic Order of Vacuity, Elemiah. Nether consists of 4 songs centered on a specific concept / story dealing with abandonment, constant negativity, longing, hopelessness, and other emotional elements that has been fuel for the occult aspects of the band and story. Although these emotions and situations are the fuel, the actual concept is more defined as an ever-growing big picture of sorts that dwell into esoteric natures and practices. Nether puts emphasis on the end results of certain human dysfunctions and the fears that Elemiah might have about the possible outcome of his own dysfunctions, while at the same time releasing pent up pressure through the energy flow of music. That being said, the music is meant to be both a personal outlet and a means of storytelling, while at the same time be something the listener can relate to on a more spiritual level, and hopefully inspire personal insight and spiritual growth through laying out the self-destructive results of this particular path. Musically, there are a wide range of influences from extreme forms funeral doom metal (mostly), a little black metal, heavy and droning ambiance and tribal rhythms, subtler and hypnotic dark music, and etc. Though, the word "narrative" is preferred over genre names."

PWI Fight Club - Vacuity: Desiree vs Rome PvP PK Old school unbuffed, full chi, 1v1 open PvP on PWI-Harshland server. Rome, lvl 101 sage str-vit HA axe BM vs Desiree, lvl 101 demon pure-vit arcane veno. Total of six for-fun fights, each lasting on average 5 mins (footage is sped up 3.5x) before we decided to stop for the day (and get some sleep).
