John Deere 300 tractor Removing Snow John Deere 300 tractor Removing very very wet snow from a driveway. The snow was so wet that the snowblower acted like a plow at times! It would even pluge the shoot solid! I will have a better video of it when the snow isnt so wet. It had snowed the day before and then it melted a little, afterwards it froze creating a very slipery under surface (as you can see), it was even hard to walk in places! Will have a betetr video when the snow is more powdery

Europa Jupiter System Mission The Europa Jupiter System Mission would use two robotic orbiters to conduct unprecedentedly detailed studies of the giant gaseous planet Jupiter and its moons Io, Europa, Ganymede and Callisto. NASA would build one orbiter, initially named Jupiter Europa. ESA would build the other orbiter, initially named Jupiter Ganymede. The probes would launch in 2020 on two separate launch vehicles from different launch sites. The orbiters would reach the Jupiter system in 2026 and spend at least three years conducting research. Europa has a surface of ice, and scientists theorize it has an ocean of water beneath that could provide a home for living things. Ganymede, the largest moon in the solar system, is the only moon known to have its own internally generated magnetic field and is suspected to have a deep undersurface water ocean. Scientists long have sought to understand the causes of the magnetic field. Callisto's surface is extremely heavily cratered and ancient, providing a clear indication of a record of events from the early history of the Solar System. Finally, Io is the most volcanically active body in the solar system. The orbiters would spend nearly a year orbiting Europa and Ganymede. NASA's probe would investigate whether Europa might harbor life, and ESA's spacecraft would orbit Ganymede to conduct investigations of the surface and interior of this satellite, to better understand the formation and evolution of the Jovian system.

Arthroscopy: Subacromial Decompression by Ford Qureshi This is a common painful condition of the shoulder and affects people in their late thirties up to sixty years of age. Symptoms include pain and weakness when lifting your arm above shoulder height. Weakness can also be associated with an underlying rotator cuff tendon tear. The pain can be severe enough to cause sleeplessness. It is caused by a prominence on the humeral head called the greater tuberosity rubbing on the undersurface of the acromion. This occurs when the shoulder movements are abnormal due to the rotator cuff muscles not working properly. The rotator cuff tendons insert onto the humeral head and control the movements of the head in the glenoid (socket). They may not function properly due to pain, tendon degeneration or tears and also an inflammation within the subacromial space. The space between the undersurface of the acromion and the rotator cuff is called the subacromial space. Pain is also caused by abnormal acromion shapes. Some are pointed or hooked and dig into the tendon which can cause tears and make the impingement worse. An injection of steroid and local anaesthetic into the subacromial space usually helps with the diagnosis and can control the pain in order to strengthen the rotator cuff muscles around your shoulder. An injection is usually given after a rotator cuff tendon tear is ruled out using either an ultrasound or MRI of the shoulder. Laparoscopy done under local anesthesia showed the copper-T stuck to the under surface of anterior abdominal wall, and it was removed without any difficulty. Gluteus Medius Trans Tendinous Repair - Hip arthroscopy Tears in the gluteus medius and minimus tendons have recently emerged as an important cause of recalcitrant greater trochanter pain syndrome. Advances in endoscopic surgery of the hip have created opportunities to better evaluate and treat pathology in the peritrochanteric compartment. We reviewed the literature on trochanteric pain syndrome and gluteus medius tendon injuries. Existing techniques for endoscopic and open gluteus tendon repair and potential challenges in restoration of abductor function were ***yzed. Partial thickness undersurface tears of the gluteus medius were identified as a common pathological entity. Although these tears are otherwise ***ogous to partial thickness tears of the rotator cuff, the lack of arthroscopic access to the deep side of the gluteus medius tendon represents a unique technical challenge. In order to address the difficulty in visualizing and therefore recognizing and repairing undersurface tears of the gluteus medius, a novel endoscopic trans-tendinous repair technique was developed. The purpose of this study was to review the anatomy, pathology, and existing repair techniques of the gluteus medius, and to describe the rationale and surgical steps for endoscopic trans-tendinous repair. KT Tape: Runner's Knee Runners Knee is a condition characterized by pain behind or around the kneecap. Poor kneecap tracking is believed to be the main cause this condition. Runners Knee Pain is due to an irritation of the undersurface of the kneecap. The undersurface of the kneecap, or patella, is covered with a layer of smooth cartilage. This cartilage normally glides effortlessly across the knee during bending of the joint. However, in some individuals, the kneecap tends to rub against one side of the knee joint, the cartilage surface becomes irritated, and knee pain is the result. KT Tape provides immediate relief from Runner's Knee by providing support to the patella tendons and aligning the knee cap for better tracking over the joint.
