SMITH X3 No Groove Stripe Eraser removing thermoplastic on Concrete You can remove highway, airfield and parking lines or markings without grooves, undulations on concrete or asphalt using the SMITH LNX8 or X3 Eraser. FACT: WHY NO GROOVES and UNDULATIONS? Erasers like the SMITH LNX8 and X3 leave a smooth surface finish by "erasing-out" the markings using a circular rolling, bevel-edged surface pattern.
