'Hilarious' -The Sun If youd laugh if a granny fell down the stairs, youll love LAUGH OR CRY TV. It includes madness such as a 30ft bridge jump and visiting a depressed gun maniac at 3am dressed as a Mexican. Everything you love about stunts, bizarre skits, spoof interviews, troublemaking and sheer madness, but with NO scripted reactions. +WE GO TOO FAR +REAL REACTIONS +AS SEEN ON CCTV Edward has almost died 7 times already while filming during the bridge jump, falling into an infected c***, nearly falling off a car park, being knocked out after a balcony dive, landing on his head, flipping off a roof and as the result of being caught in the middle of a gang war. However, while it includes many stunts, most content is based on the bizarre street interviews, skits and troublemaking. When my dad found out I was stapling jelly to the walls, he did not ask why on earth for, or what I was thinking. He simply asked which wall Ed, on how Laugh or Cry TV affects family life. This is as random as a sun burnt marrow, as random as a larynx on a skateboard. Madness in its most sheer form. Over the course of 6 years, Ed amassed 300 hours of footage and taught himself how to film, edit and otherwise produce everything himself, including web design, all from his bedroom, with no outside help. • Amitabh Bachchan & Rekha - Best of Bollywood (Full-HD1080p) Amitabh Bachchan (Hindi: अमिताभ बच्चन, born Amitabh Harivansh Bachchan on 11 October 1942), is an Indian film actor. He first gained popularity in the early 1970s as the "angry young man" of Bollywood cinema, and has since become one of the most prominent figures in the history of Indian cinema. Born in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, Amitabh Bachchan hails from a Hindu-Sikh family. His father, Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan was a well-known Hindi poet, while his mother, Teji Bachchan was a Sikh-Punjabi from Faisalabad (now in Pakistan).[3] Bachchan was initially named Inquilaab, inspired from the famous phrase Inquilab Zindabad, during the Indian independence struggle, but was re-named Amitabh which means, "the light that would never go off." Though his surname was Shrivastava, his father had adopted the pen-name Bachchan, under which he published all his works. It is with this last name that Amitabh debuted in films, and, for all public purposes, it has become the surname of all members of his current family. Amitabh is the eldest of Harivansh Rai Bachchan's two sons, the second being Ajitabh. His mother had a keen interest in theatre and had been offered a role in a film, but preferred her domestic duties. She had some degree of influence in Bachchan's choice of career because she always insisted that he should take the centre stage.[4] He attended Allahabad's Jnana Prabodhini and Boys' High School (BHS), followed by Nainital's Sherwood College, where he majored in ...
  • Emil Gilels - Mozart, Fantasia in d-moll KV 397 Emil Grigoryevich Gilels (Ukrainian: Емі́ль Григо́рович Гі́лельс, Russian: Эми́ль Григо́рьевич Ги́лельс, Emi'li Grego'rievič Gi'lelis; October 19, 1916 October 14, 1985) was a Soviet pianist, widely considered to be one of the greatest pianists of the 20th century. His last name is sometimes transliterated Hilels. Gilels was born in Odessa (now part of Ukraine). He began studying the piano at the age of five[3] under Yakov Tkach, who was a student of the French pianists Raoul Pugno[4] and Alexander Villoing[3] Thus, through Tkach, Gilels had a pedagogical genealogy stretching back to Chopin, via Pugno, and to Muzio Clementi, via Villoing. Tkach was a stern disciplinarian who emphasized scales and studies. Gilels later credited this strict training for establishing the foundation of his technique.[3] Gilels made his public debut at the age of 12 in June 1929 with a well-received program of Beethoven, Scarlatti, Chopin, and Schumann.[3] In 1930, Gilels entered the Odessa Conservatory where he was coached by Berta Reingbald, whom Gilels credited as a formative influence. After graduating from the Odessa Conservatory (Ukraine) in 1935 , he moved to Moscow where he studied under the famous piano teacher Heinrich Neuhaus until 1937. A year later he was awarded first prize at the 1938 Ysaÿe International Festival in Brussels by a distinguished jury whose members included Arthur Rubinstein, Samuil Feinberg, Emil von Sauer, Ignaz Friedman, Walter Gieseking, Robert Casadesus, and ...
  • Manuel de Falla - Serenata Andaluza {de Larrocha} Manuel de Falla y Matheu (November 23, 1876 - November 14, 1946) was a Spanish composer. Serenata andaluza (1899) Alicia de Larrocha, piano Manuel de Falla was born in Cádiz. His early teacher in music was his mother; at the age of 9 he was introduced to his first piano professor. Little is known of that period of his life, but his relationship with his teacher was likely conflicted. From the late 1890s he studied music in Madrid, piano with José Tragó and composition with Felipe Pedrell. In 1899 by unanimous vote he was awarded the first prize at the piano competition at his school of music, and around that year he started to use de with his first surname, making Manuel de Falla the name he became known as from that time on. When only the surname is used, however, the de is omitted. It was from Pedrell, during the Madrid period, that Falla became interested in native Spanish music, particularly Andalusian flamenco (specifically cante jondo), the influence of which can be strongly felt in many of his works. Among his early pieces are a number of zarzuelas, but his first important work was the one-act opera La vida breve (Life is Short, or The Brief Life, written in 1905, though revised before its premiere in 1913). Falla spent the years 1907 to 1914 in Paris, where he met a number of composers who had an influence on his style, including the impressionists Maurice Ravel, Claude Debussy and Paul Dukas. He wrote little more music, however, until his return to Madrid at the ...
  • Marilyn Monroe Biography - Part 1 - Childhood, Norma Jeane Baker (1964 Movie) 1964 Watch the full film: Marilyn Monroe (June 1, 1926 -- August 5, 1962), born Norma Jeane Mortenson, but baptized Norma Jeane Baker, was an American actress, singer and model. After spending much of her childhood in foster homes, Monroe began a career as a model, which led to a film contract in 1946. Her early film appearances were minor, but her performances in The Asphalt Jungle and All About Eve (both 1950) were critically acclaimed. In a few years, Monroe reached stardom and was cast as the leading lady in such films as Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How to Marry a Millionaire, The Seven Year Itch, and Some Like It Hot. The typecasting of Monroe's "dumb blonde" persona limited her career prospects, so she broadened her range. She studied at the Actors Studio and formed Marilyn Monroe Productions. Her dramatic performance in Bus Stop was hailed by critics, and she won a Golden Globe Award for Some Like it Hot. The final years of Monroe's life were marked by illness, personal problems, and a reputation for being unreliable and difficult to work with. The circumstances of her death, from an overdose of barbiturates, have been the subject of conjecture. Though officially classified as a "probable suicide," the possibility of an accidental overdose, as well as the possibility of homicide, have not been ruled out. In 1999, Monroe was ranked as the sixth greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute. In the years and ...

  • Vlad III the Impaler, The Historical Dracula Part 1 His Romanian surname Drǎculea, is derived from his father's title Dracul, meaning 'son of Dracul'.[3] (see Vlad II Dracul); the latter was a member of the Order of the Dragon created by Emperor Sigismund. The word "dracul" means "the Devil" or "demon" in modern Romanian but in Vlad's day also meant "dragon", and derives from the Latin word Draco, also meaning "dragon".[citation needed]. The old Romanian word for serpent (Cf. drac) is nowadays the most common and casual reference to the devil — while the people of Wallachia did give Vlad II the surname Dracu (Dracul being the more grammatically correct form), any connection with a dark power was most likely coincidental. .[citation needed]. His son Vlad III would later use in several documents the surname Drăculea. Through various translations (Draculea, Drakulya) Vlad III eventually came to be known as Dracula (note that this ultimate version is a neologism). The reputation of Vlad Ţepeş was considerably darker in Western Europe than in Eastern Europe and Romania. In the West, Vlad III Ţepeş has been characterized as an exceedingly cruel madman. The number of his victims ranges from 40000 to 100000.[11] Much of the information about his atrocities and cruelty comes from the German stories written about him, which were for the most part politically, religiously and economically inspired propaganda against Vlad Ţepeş. Although some of the stories have some basis in reality, most of them are either fictional or exaggerated ...
  • EDL Abdul is a Vicious Bigot EDL poster-boy Abdul Hussain is a Glasgow Rangers fan, filmed here at an EDL demo, singing sectarian hate songs which celebrate knee-capping and beating Taigs (meaning Catholics). Just as Islamophobic bigotry assumes all Muslims are terrorists, sectarian bigotry assumes all Catholics are Fenians and Provos (pro-IRA), and both are as stupid as black-power bigots who assume all white people must be racist because a few nutters join groups like the BNP and KKK. I despise the IRA, but sectarian hatred is disgusting, no matter where or who it comes from. The EDL has over 25000 supporters on Facebook, but only THREE non-white people regularly attend EDL protests. The 1st (Guramit Singh) is a proven racist. The 2nd (Joel Titus) says he's anti-BNP but has been filmed travelling to EDL demos with BNP activist Chris Renton (let's just say Joel seems VERY confused). The 3rd (Abdul Hussain) is a vicious bigot. In contrast, hundreds of EDL supporters show themselves on You Tube and Facebook to be BNP supporters and/or either ***s or friends of ***s, while the Anti-Fascist "1 Million United" group has over 730000 supporters on Facebook. NB: Abdul gives his surname as Hussain on Facebook, but one You Tube contributor says Abdul's surname is Salaam (which is probably fake)

Her mother died while her brother and sisters were still young, which placed her in an early position of responsibility over her siblings. She married her father's first cousin, Prince Louis of Battenberg, an officer in the United Kingdom's Royal Navy, in a love match and lived most of her married life in various parts of Europe at her husband's naval posts and visiting her many royal relations. During World War I, she and her husband abandoned their German titles and adopted the British-sounding surname of Mountbatten, which was simply a translation into English of the German "Battenberg", and two of her sisters who had married into the Russian royal family were murdered by communist revolutionaries. She was perceived by her family as liberal in outlook, straightforward, practical and bright. She was the maternal grandmother of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, who is the consort of Queen Elizabeth II.

  • Gigant der Meere p.1 - Admiral Zheng He (1371-1433) Little did the famous Muslim geographer, Ibn Battuta know, that about 22 years after his historic visit to China, the Mongol Dynasty (called the Yuan Dynasty in China) would be overthrown. The Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644) would begin. A Muslim boy would help a Chinese prince. That prince would become emperor and the boy would grow up to be the "Admiral of the Chinese Fleet." His name... Zheng He. The ships that he would sail throughout the Indian Ocean would retrace some of the same routes taken by Ibn Battuta, but he would be in huge boats called "junks". He would go to East Africa, Makkah, Persian Gulf, and throughout the Indian Ocean. Speak of the world's first navigators and the names Christopher Columbus or Vasco da Gama flash through a Western mind. Little known are the remarkable feats that a Chinese Muslim Zheng He (1371-1433) had accomplished decades before the two European adventurers. A Muslim and a warrior, Zheng He helped transform China into the region's, and perhaps the world's, superpower of his time. In 1405, Zheng was chosen to lead the biggest naval expedition in history up to that time. Over the next 28 years (1405-1433), he commanded seven fleets that visited 37 countries, through Southeast Asia to faraway Africa and Arabia. In those years, China had by far the biggest ships of the time. In 1420 the Ming navy dwarfed the combined navies of Europe. Ma He or Haji Mahmud Shams, as he was originally known, was born in 1371 to a poor ethnic Hui (Chinese ...

It's 1917, and the war in Europe continues. The villagers are very proud of their "mountain", and are understandably dissapointed and furious to find that it is in fact a "hill". Not to be outwitted by a rule (and the Englishmen who enforce it), the villagers set out to make their hill into a mountain, but to do so they must keep the English from leaving, before the job is done.
  • Sheila Dik***.flv India condemns 'racist' remarks by New Zealand TV host India has condemned "racist and bigoted" remarks by a New Zealand TV presenter who made fun of Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dik***'s surname. TVNZ breakfast show host Paul Henry broke into laughter a number of times as he mispronounced the surname - which sounds closer to "Dixit" in English. He told viewers Ms Dik***'s name was "appropriate because she's Indian". New Zealand's government has apologised for the remarks, describing them as "culturally insensitive and vulgar". Sheila Dik*** is overseeing arrangements for the Commonwealth Games in Delhi, which have been beset by problems. She brushed off Mr Henry's remarks but said they were "not appropriate". 'Shocking' India's foreign ministry summoned the New Zealand high commissioner on Thursday and registered a strong protest against Mr Henry's comments. "It is shocking that such bigoted views have been aired by a representative of a mainstream media organisation of a multi-ethnic democracy like New Zealand," India's foreign ministry said in a statement. "These remarks are totally unacceptable to India and should be condemned by all right-thinking people and nations." High Commissioner Rupert Holborow "regretted the deep hurt caused by the comments of the media commentator", the statement added. Mr Henry's comments were broadcast last week on the state-owned channel TVNZ, but took a few days to be noticed in India. In the footage, Mr Henry mispronounces Ms ...

  • Vlad III the Impaler, The Historical Dracula Part 2 His Romanian surname Draculea, is derived from his father's title Dracul, meaning 'son of Dracul'.[3] (see Vlad II Dracul); the latter was a member of the Order of the Dragon created by Emperor Sigismund. His son Vlad III would later use in several documents the surname Draculea. Through various translations (Draculea, Drakulya) Vlad III eventually came to be known as Dracula (note that this ultimate version is a neologism). The reputation of Vlad Tepes was considerably darker in Western Europe than in Eastern Europe and Romania. In the West, Vlad III Tepes has been characterized as an exceedingly cruel madman. The number of his victims ranges from 40000 to 100000.[11] Much of the information about his atrocities and cruelty comes from the German stories written about him, which were for the most part politically, religiously and economically inspired propaganda against Vlad Tepes. Although some of the stories have some basis in reality, most of them are either fictional or exaggerated ...

  • Come And Get Your Love - Redbone (1974) "Come And Get Your Love" is the title of a 1974 hit single by Redbone, a Native American rock group that was most active in the 1970s. Formed in 1969 in Los Angeles, California, by brothers Patrick Vasquez (bass and vocals) and Lolly Vasquez (guitar and vocals), the name Redbone itself is a joking reference to a Cajun term for a mixed-race person ('half-breed'), the band's members being of mixed-blood ancestry. The band referenced Cajun and New Orleans culture many times in their lyrics and performing style. Pat and Lolly had previously performed and recorded under the stage surname Vegas, in part to downplay the Latin American association of their birth surname, Vasquez. According to Patrick Vasquez, it was Jimi Hendrix who talked the musicians into forming an all-Native American rock group and so they signed as the band Redbone to Epic Records in 1969. Redbone played primarily rock music with R&B, Cajun, jazz, tribal, and Latin roots. The song "Come And Get Your Love" was written by Lolly and produced by Lolly and his brother Pat. It was originally featured on Redbone's album "Wovoka". In later years the song appeared on many greatest hits albums released by the band, as well as on numerous compilation albums of the 70s. The song peaked at #5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in April of 1974, and it spent 18 weeks in the Top 40. • Katrina Kaifs real name is Katrina Turquotte Times of India recently interviewed wife of Jackie Shroff where they asked her lot about her marriage life with Jackie, relationship with husband post home production Boom and investment in Sony. A set of questions were related to Katrina Kaif and what she disclosed was eye catching, she said that Katrina Kaif is not the real name of Katrina Kaif. Ayesha Shroff disclosed that she met Katrina at a party once and they just greeted each other. Ayesha casted her in the movie Boom but Katrina had an English surname, which was not easy to pronounce. She is not Katrina Kaif originally. She is Katrina Turquotte. It seems the producers wanted to give her a surname which would be accepted by the Indian audience. So they thought of naming her Katrina Kazi, but then Kazi would have a religious overtone. So, finally Kaif was decided. Ayesha Shroff also confirmed the news by mentioning the fact that her name on her passport that time was Katrina Turquotte. Apparently, Katrina Kaif is not the only who has changed her name. ***y bombshell Mallika Sherawats original name is Rima Lamba, Sherlyn Chopras real name is Mona Chopra and list goes ontake a look!
