  • GE, Special Debt Relationships, Water General Electric, a corporation which polluted the Hudson River with PCB and that continues to fight a realistic cleanup effort, suggests via a subsidiary that they be fully exculpated from any liability regarding reactors which are more than forty years old. Why not hold every corporation harmless and just blame the school teachers. We all know in America that corporate bad guys have a get out of jail card, in addition they can buy of Judges and Politicians.. Case in point being an oil activist in Utah and a reform minded website Goldman 666. This nuclear disaster is in part due to GE but not in full to GE. CNBC, as a subsidiary of the beast that is GE, has aided in the destruction of US media, truth, and news. However, a forward looking society seeks solutions. A failed society stores waste next to the plants thereby creating a danger much greater than exploding reactors. A forward looking society does not extend the financial life of assets to the point whereby they become dangerous to life, environment, and property. We need to be responsible. Presently there is a great deal of liability in standing up to a government or corporation that could chose to quash you using any old law they can either think of or generate for their own purposes. Presently you can be arrested at will, a risk I have confronted three times as I ...

The following year, Taylor's "At The High School Dance", a single for Amy-Mala Records, was a minor success. A follow-up on the Barry label, "I'll Remember", was a #23 hit on Toronto rock and roll radio station CHUM, and the singer decided to move to Detroit, Michigan to further his career. In Detroit, Taylor was hired by Motown Records in 1964 as a songwriter and recording artist on the Motown subsidiary VIP Taylor's scheduled first single (March 1964) for VIP was the topical satire "My Ladybug (Stay Away From That Beatle)", but it was deemed too weak for release and was never issued. Taylor resumed his recording career in 1970, becoming one of the first artists assigned to Motown's new Rare Earth subsidiary, which was dedicated to white artists. His first Rare Earth single, "Indiana Wants Me" in 1970, became a #1 hit in his native Canada. It peaked in the United States at No. 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and at No. 2 in the UK. LINK: Motown is a record label that was originally founded by Berry Gordy, Jr. and incorporated as Motown Record Corporation in Detroit, Michigan, USA, on April 14, 1960. The name, a portmanteau of motor and town, is also a nickname for Detroit. Now headquartered in New York City, Motown is a subsidiary of Universal Motown Republic Group, itself a subsidiary of Universal Music Group, and now operates as Universal Motown Records. Motown Records was also the name of Gordy's second record label; the first, Tamla Records, began on January 12, 1959. Motown played an important role in the racial integration of popular music, as it was the first record label owned by an African American to primarily feature African-American artists who achieved crossover success. In the 1960s, Motown and its soul-based subsidiaries were the most successful proponents of what came to be known as The Motown Sound, a style of soul music with a distinct pop influence. Berry Gordy got his start as a songwriter for local Detroit acts such as Jackie Wilson and The Matadors. Wilson's single "Lonely Teardrops", written by Gordy, became a huge success; however, Gordy did not feel he made as much money as he deserved from this and other singles he wrote for Wilson. He realized that the more lucrative end of the business ...

Many of you remember the legendary footage I captured around two years ago of this subsidiary of the great company now holding the HIGHEST percentage of recycled material collected in CA. (**On that note, I might add that NorCal waste is in the process of changing their name to 'Recology' to help in their long-term Waste Zero goal [see for more information on that]**) Auburn-Placer Disposal Service operates just outside Sacramento, CA and they really have a diverse fleet (as seen in this mega series). The subsidiary collects trash and greens weekly, and recycling is sorted from the trash via a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). The truck in this video is a Volvo WXLL/Heil Split Body Rapid Rail (RR). To clarify any confusion, he is in fact collected trash in BOTH compartments, there is no greens collection seen in this particular video. I sincerely hope you enjoy, it's much harder than you may think getting this kind of footage. Therefore I would absolutely appreciate any comment (even if you have nothing to say...) and a rating at the least. Also be sure and check out coming posts in the NorCal Waste (2009) Mega Series! Pics of this truck will be uploaded to the CRT flickr group at Thanks so very much for watching, and also thanks to the exceptionally friendly driver for making it happen!!

  • HTC LAND, Tokyo, Japan : DigInfo movie.diginfo.tv DigInfo News Taiwan-based HTC is one of the world's largest providers of Windows Mobile-based smart phones. HTC's Japanese subsidiary, HTC Nippon, recently opened HTC LAND, where Japanese consumers can find out about smartphones and given an opportunity to talk to experts and other users about how they can integrate smartphones into their current lifestyle. Yuka Sano, Senior Manager, Marketing Department, HTC Nippon Corp. "HTC LAND was created as a response to our customers requests for us to open a space like this, due to the fact that, in general, Japanese mobile phone users aren't really familiar with smartphones, as well as that to find software and accessories on the internet they need to go to many different websites to find them, so the first aim was to create a space where all of our customers needs can be resolved in one place. There is a conception in the Japanese market that the sales clerks who sell smart phones in retail outlets don't really know a lot about the product they are selling, so the second aim is to provide some resident experts who can answer customers queries in one place. We have the resources to do this because HTC sells a wide range of handsets worldwide, we also have a wide variety of accessories available compared to other Japanese manufacturers." Among the accessories available at HTC LAND, many of which are usually only for sale on the internet include, a 3.5mm headphone adapter, and a bluetooth speaker system which can ...
  • 5/7 HAARP & Weather Modification Angels Don't Play this HAARP, Update - Dr. Nick Begich HAARP History The patents described below were the package of ideas which were originally controlled by ARCO Power Technologies Incorporated (APTI), a subsidiary of Atlantic Richfield Company, one of the biggest oil companies in the world. APTI was the contractor that built the HAARP facility. ARCO sold this subsidiary, the patents and the second phase construction contract to E-Systems in June 1994. E-Systems is one of the biggest intelligence contractors in the world -- doing work for the CIA, defense intelligence organizations and others. $1.8 billion of their annual sales are to these organizations, with $800 million for black projects -- projects so secret that even the United States Congress isn't told how the money is being spent. E-Systems was bought out by Raytheon, which is one of the largest defense contractors in the world. In 1994 Raytheon was listed as number forty-two on the Fortune 500 list of companies. Raytheon has thousands of patents, some of which will be valuable in the HAARP project. The twelve patents below are the backbone of the HAARP project, and are now buried among the thousands of others held in the name of Raytheon. Bernard J. Allen Stanford at the Virginia home of an acquaintance Thursday and served him with legal papers in a civil case alleging he orchestrated an $8 billion fraud scam. But there have been no criminal charges filed against him so he remains free, said FBI spokesman Richard Kolko. Stanford was in Fredericksburg, Va., sitting in a car outside the home of an acquaintance, Kolko said. UPDATE FROM THE BBC Texan billionaire and cricket promoter Sir Allen Stanford has been charged over a $8bn (£5.6bn) investment fraud, US financial regulators say. The Securities and Exchange Commission said the financier had orchestrated "a fraudulent, multi-billion dollar investment scheme". The SEC said the fraud was "based on false promises and fabricated historical return data". English cricket bosses have pulled out of sponsorship talks with Sir Allen. The charges against Sir Allen, three of his companies and two executives of those companies followed a raid by US marshals on the Houston, Texas, offices of Stanford Financial Group. A US judge has frozen the assets of Sir Allen and the other defendants as well as those of the Stanford Group, its Antigua-based subsidiary Stanford International Bank (SIB) and another subsidiary, investment advisor Stanford Capital Management. A receiver has been appointed to "preserve assets for investors", the SEC said. The SEC said that the Stanford International Bank - the ...
  • Made in Germany | Deutsche Bahn -- New Business Abroad Deutsche Bahn's planned stock market flotation due to take place in late October was postponed because of the global financial crisis, but it has not been scrapped. News of lucrative executive payouts linked to the flotation have attracted considerable criticism. At the moment, DB managers are traveling the world on the hunt for investors and new business ventures. Germany's rail company is aiming to expand internationally with the help of its subsidiary DB-International. It has a staff of 800 and is involved in big infrastructure projects: from the building of a rail line through Saudi Arabia to the training of high-speed-train drivers in Taiwan. Only Germany and France have drivers who are experienced enough to drive these trains. Now they're helping to train their Taiwanese counterparts. Michael Altenhenne has visited the Deutsche Bahn's subsidiary in Taiwan.
