(Confusion and confrontation continues, Police arrives) Leopold: Where are you taking me? (Later) Marika: Maestro, isn't it time for us to go to an art show? Pukspuu: Which way? Marika: This way. (At the art show) Pukspuu: When someone is playing a violin, they express themselves using their violin. In the case of art weaving, the artist expresses themselves using colored threads. Even a famous ballet master Phedippa (?) said that all arts are based on simple, basic principles. Marika: I have listened for you for 4 minutes, can you listen for me for a minute? Pukspuu: Yes Art loving women: We're willing to listen to the art critic for hours. Marika: Nobody has ever listened to me. My mom has tried, but every time, she either starts crying or wants to hit me. Ok, maybe, one day, when I'm old, I'm interested in playing a violin. But, now, I have more important things to do. Pukspuu: Aren't you interested in your studies? Marika: First, I will have to take an exam in advanced motorcycle riding, then, I will have to take an English exam. Thirdly, I will have to lose 5 kilograms and exercise every day. But, I get locked up every day or taken to stupid art shows. Art loving woman: Excuse me. Obama nation plans to steal your (401k) Retirement Money connielane has made a comment on Was Judge Roll the 'Real Target'?: "Obama recently signed an executive order allowing the feds to confiscate all 401ks and retirement accounts." That sure sounds like right-winged propaganda! Where's the proof? I too thought Roll was the target but because of his immigration ruling that the fascist neo***s in Arizona government didn't like. You're just promoting Obama hate to further your fascist cause. I guess that's why your name is no link because you are just making stuff up so you can't give a link for proof! How's this for Validation, You Tootie Fruitie Loonie Leftie Troll Beaches? (Bloomberg) — The Obama administration is weighing how the government can encourage workers to turn their savings into guaranteed income streams following a collapse in retiree accounts when the stock market plunged. The US Treasury and Labor Departments will ask for public comment as soon as next week on ways to promote the conversion of 401(k) savings and Individual Retirement Accounts into annuities or other steady payment streams, according to Assistant Labor Secretary Phyllis C. Borzi and Deputy Assistant Treasury Secretary Mark Iwry, who are spearheading the effort. Brzezinski explained that, "For the first time in all of human history mankind is politically awakened -- that's a total new reality -- it has not been so for most of human history." Brzezinski continued, "The whole world has become politically awakened," adding that all over the world ...

Step #2 - Retirement Preparedness Checklist: Insure Risks You Cannot Afford to Take Healthcare and long-term care costs pose very real risks to your retirement nest egg. Risk management is the foundation of a solid financial plan, especially in retirement. The most important items to plan and budget for are private health insurance if you are under age 65, Medicare and Medicare Supplement insurance if you are near or over age 65, and a solid long-term care policy. Look into employer-sponsored health coverage available to you as a retiree. Keep in mind that private-sector employers are not required to offer retiree health benefits. Furthermore, if your company provides a plan, nothing in federal law prevents them from cutting or eliminating those benefits. Make sure you read the plan carefully and compare the costs with the benefits offered. If your employer does not offer retiree healthcare benefits, you will need to turn to the non-group market for health insurance coverage. Make sure you know the costs and that you can get coverage before you leave your employer's plan. Given the cost of private insurance, it's important that you know what you need and what you don't. Generally, there is a direct tradeoff between the cost of health insurance and the level of protection it provides. As you weigh this trade-off, keep this in mind you buy health insurance in case you get sick, not in case you stay healthy. If you are retiring near or over age 65, Medicare and Medicare Supplement insurance will be your primary focus when it comes to ...

Retirement Income Distribution by Rob Brinkman Annuities Explained This video discusses how an insurance company manages it's income distribution in a fixed index annuity and a variable annuity, both of which are important tools that retirement income planners look to as conservative investments. An annuity is a distribution of money earned on an investment on a set schedule such as quarterly, biannually, or annually. Typically, an annuity is used as part of a retirement plan, to ensure a fixed and stable income once the annuitant, or recipient, stops working, and an annuity may be designed to provide income for two. A common form of annuity is a retirement pension. While the retiree was working, he or she paid into a pension fund which was invested. After retirement, the return on the investment takes the form of an annuity distributed to the retiree.

Pete Sampras, Happy Retiree Pete Sampras (USA) talks about being happy as a retired athlete in a quick interview after beating Tommy Haas (GER) 6-4 6-2 in an exhibition. Sorry for the garbled sound; here's my transcription of what he said, as best as I can remember it: Pete: "...it's the way I am, I'm happy with my life, I'm married, I've two great little kids at home... and that's enough for me. Tennis has been great to me, I had a great career, I feel like I did quite well... I played with Tommy Haas in LA... He's a friend and a great player, I think he was being pretty nice to me tonight, um, but, uh, I still believe I did okay, I played well." 180208SJEX
