Edison Spring Motor C1898 with a Bettini Micro Reproducer C1892 Rob Roy Mackintosh, sung by Harry Lauder on Edison record #19173 The Bettini Micro reproducer is constructed with a diaphragm of such size and sensitiveness as to render the fidelity of the most minute sound waves, while at the same time preserving their character or tone. It will also more satisfactorily reproduce a harsh record than any other form of reproducer. The diaphragm is made from a very thin sheet of aluminium which is stretched by screw tension in about the same manner as a banjo head. The sound waves are distributed over every part of this diaphragm by a series of arms which radiate from a common centre, like the legs of a spider.

BA ROLFE LETS DO IT ( test pressing take A) //edisonic reproducer// maxtrix 19004(Diamond disc number 52505)..this is take A...this is a test pressing record played on one of my s19 diamond disc phonographs. i used my EDISONIC reproducer for this recording...enjoy! and tap your feet and sing or hum along to this great upbeat and fast moving tune!! ENJOY from my personal collection. since its a very loud and clear playing record, the clicks and pops that you hear are from my camera, definatley not on the record itself. if anyone is interested i can post the B side of this test pressing, it does have a few slight variations in the piano accomp.. and its a little more i think garbled in some places(on the record that way) the band section at the begining seems so. ENJOY AND COMMENTS are welcome any comment???????? :))

Fostex Model 20 Reel To Reel Recorder/Reproducer (SOLD) Here's another of the R2R units I have and will be letting go soon. I think most anyone that knows about recording equipment knows who Fostex is and the quality they bring into recording, this one is no different, it's a fantastic deck. I really never used this to much as I did most of my mixdowns on to one of my quad decks, the result is this still looks almost new and plays/records excellent. If a person is wondering about this Model then you can see some of it's basic functions here but it does a lot more then the video shows. The audio is not that great as it's just from my camcorder mic, like other videos, I did clean it up a bit. I did some editing on the video as it was over 500meg so I needed to get that size and length down.

QUICK FIX FOR PHONOGRAPH REPRODUCERS THIS IS A QUICK EASY BUT VERY EFFECTIVE WAY TO FIX A REPRODUCER WITH BAD GASKETS. THIS WILL WORK AS WELL AS A REBUILD AND COSTS NOTHING, ONLY TAKES A MINUTE TO DO AND WILL SOLVE MOST OF THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE GASKETS ON ANY ACOUSTIC PHONOGRAPH REPRODUCER, I HAVE USED THIS ON VICTOR EXHIBITION AND # 2, COLUMBIA, PATH'E, AND MANY REPRODUCERS THAT COULD NOT OTHERWISE BE EASILY FIXED. THIS WORKS, GIVE IT A TRY. THEVICTROLAGUY@
