Retired judge Alan Filmer ruled two officers who placed a 15 year old girl in leg restraints into a padded cell more than five and a half years ago, abused their authority. But the adjudicator also noted the officer's excellent police record before and after the incident. Victoria Police video of 15 year old Willow Kinloch lying in a padded cell, with her legs tied together for more than four hours, drew international attention and outrage. In the five and a half years since the incident it has been the centre of a criminal investigation, several internal police investigations, a civil trial and the police complaint public hearing. But as Filmer left the hearing, he had clearly ignited what will be the chapter in this case; a debate on how BC should care for intoxicated children picked up by police. Unfortunately, along the way, the Oakland rioters had the nerve to vandalize a local Game Crazy. This angers the Master Knight and his troops, but of course their first job will be to repair the Game Crazy store... (This mission was actually worrisome at first, to the point of me putting in 2 practice runs. It wasn't because of the insanity evasion ability the enemy units suddently get that troubled me, it was the bombing run. However, the first part itself gets rather difficult if you aren't quick, which resulted in 5 aborted runs. You have to deal with 2 Light Tanks, a Recon, and a swarm of Bazooka vets, simultaneously, early on. Also, the Heavy Tank's shots have misleadingly poor range, which won't help matters in general. And you have only 1 until you free the Heavy Tank POW. Whatever you do, don't let it be destroyed or your chances of success will crash and burn. A Bazooka vet, however, once you free the group of them, will be excellent units to control directly. Don't control it unnecessarily though, the Heavy Tanks should be used to take hits.)
