Miller began preaching this prediction in the 1820s & continued to preach it into the 1840s.   • Refutation of Tahir ul Qadri - Sufism - Talqin - Grave Worship Tahir ul qadri is a Brailvi/Brailwi Sufi Pantheist As for Tahir ul-Qadri... then the term "Qadri" is an ascription to a Major Sufi Order (Sufi Tariqa). Amongst the Brailwi belief is that the Prophet Muhumed ﷺ is alive and everywhere (they say "Haa zir, Naa zir")... and that the Prophet knows the Unseen (ilm al-Ghaib). Practicing Brailwis also believe that the Prophet ﷺ was "Noor" (light) and not a normal human. Obviously, these are wrong beliefs and they go against what it says in the Qur;an (an example of Prophet being a human is in Surah 18, Ayah 118). Brailvis celebrate the Prophets Birthday (they call it "Eid Milad un-Nabi", or the "3rd Eid" -- but there are only 2 Eids in Islaam). And they also celebrate all the bidahs you can think off.. from "Shab-e-Baraat", and "Shab-e-Maraj", to "Yar-wi (11th)" and "Khatam" (which means 'finish', but for some reason it doesn't khatam). This is because they say "Badah Hasana" (or Good Bidah)... but in Islaam, ALL BIDAH is not permissible. The practicing individuals from amongst them also believe that the dead relatives come to their house on Thursday evenings, and so they prepare food, and read "darood" on the food.   • "5 Questions Every Intelligent Atheist Must Answer" - Refuting Philos71 Original video here: I'm not the first to answer by any means, and it's kind of an easy target, but I was tired. Philos71 will be known to some as the man behind the short film "The Atheist", a film which transgresses the boundaries of taste, logic and aesthetics. To others he's simply your average Christian apologist, recycling the arguments of his elders (but not his betters) and ignoring all dissent because, of course . . . his faith is not based on empirical or logical grounds. It came as no surprise to find that Philos is a fan of William Lane Craig, and even less than no surprise - the antisurprise, if you will - to find that William Lane Craig enjoyed "The Atheist". Philos71 even thinks that Flew's conversion to deism constitutes some kind of valid proof for God. I wonder what he'd think of all the people that lose their faith; would he find that disproves his belief? What a sack of balls. But I've not seen anyone so smugly appropriate Flew's beliefs for their own without realising that Antony Flew wasn't a Christian and didn't even believe in God in the same sense as most Christians. Flew didn't believe in a personal, interfering God of revelation. He didn't believe in an afterlife. He didn't believe in objective evil, and he believed that God PRODUCED a lot of evil. He believed that the God of Christianity and Islam are depicted as cosmic despots. Certainly not the wholesale abandonment of atheist rationality that many accused him of; he remained an atheist inasmuch as he didn't believe in specific Gods or religions, or the power of God to intervene in human affairs or reveal itself. Now, quite how a Christian could think that Flew converting from atheism to these NON-CHRISTIAN deistic beliefs supports their faith . . . it's beyond me. It's like saying that an atheist converting to Islam supports Christianity. Of course, Brock never bothered to research Flew's beliefs, of that I'm certain. Even Brock would have trouble reconciling his own religion with the deism of Flew. It was a surprise to me to discover that Flew died in April 2010, so maybe it was a surprise to some of you.
