Before you start repairing on this you need to be sure that the power is unplugged, that there's no 12 volt power and that the gas is unplugged. The gas can be turned off by a knob on the bottom left hand side, turn it so that it's up and down. Next thing you want to do is go back to the Burner and take out the screw and slide the box out. The burner is located all the way to the back. What happens is that when it burns rust fills up inside the fluid, and it falls down on top of the burner assembly. Even though it is lit and still produces heat, it's not enough heat to keep the cooling unit cooling all the way it needs to be.
