For those of you interested in the Medal of Honor I have had the privilege of creating a documentary film titled "A Hero's Welcome" that focuses on Lt. John Finn, the first Medal of Honor recipient from WWII. To purchase your very own copy of my film go This story came about because of this little Texas town called Gainesville that's on the Texas and Oklahoma border. Gainesville invites all living Medal of Honor recipients to their town once a year and it's the only town in America to host this type of event. When I heard about what the town did I knew I had to document it. It was an amazing experience to meet 10 of the living 98 Medal of Honor recipients and get them on film, especially John Finn. Gainesville's Medal of Honor event is coming up on April 4^th^ where my film will premiere. 10 to 15 of the living 98 recipients will be in attendance. The premiere will also serve as a fund raiser for the Medal of Honor host city Program, you can get tickets on the website. If you've ever wanted to meet a real Medal of Honor recipient, this is your chance.
