Richard III monologue Comment please - I like critique! Performance of monologue from Richard III by William Shakespeare performed for "Shakespeare's Speeches" class final at Williams College (2008 winter). Directed by Omar Sangare, PhD. Was ever woman in this humor wooed? Was ever woman in this humor won? I'll have her, but I will not keep her long. What, I that killed her husband and his father, To take her in her heart's extremest hate, With curses in her mouth, tears in her eyes, The bleeding witness of my hatred by, Having God, her conscience, and these bars against me, And I no friends to back my suit withal But the plain devil and dissebling looks? And yet to win her, all the world to nothing! Ha! Hath she forgot already that brave prince, Edward, her lord, whom I some three months since Stabbed in my angry mood at Tewkesbury? A sweeter and a lovelier gentleman, Framed in the prodigality of nature, Young, valiant, wise and (no doubt) right royal, The spacious world cannot again afford. And will she yet abase her eyes on me, That cropped the golden prime of this sweet prince And made her widow to a woeful bed? On me, whose all not equals Edward's moiety? On me, that halts and am misshapen thus? My dukedom to a beggarly denier, I do mistake my person all this while. Upon my life, she finds, although I cannot Myself to be a marv'lous proper man. I'll be at charges for a looking-glass And entertain a score or two of tailors To study fashions to adorn my body. Since I am crept in favour with ...

Rationality Based World Peace.wmv Rationality Based World Peace -- The most effective path to a rationality-based world peace and harmony necessarily entails an evolving truce between the rationally-based secular world and the long-standing traditions that buttress organized spirituality. This achievement is based upon a breakthrough hierarchial grounding of traditional value ethics within a scientific behavioral foundation - as partially depicted here. Solicitousness . Rewards ..... Submissive . Leniency Nostalgia . Worship ......... Guilt . Blame Glory . Prudence ............. Honor . Justice Providence . Faith ........... Liberty . Hope Grace . Beauty ................ Harmony A similar pattern further extends to the contrasting behavioral paradigm of punishment, resulting in a parallel hierarchy of the major categories of the vices also depicted, permitting a complete ethical system. Awee and the Love Story :) The story began.. I knew a girl, her name is Awee She's an angel. She's so beautiful, it's true. We had a chat and I saw her pics. Her eyes.. Make the stars look like they're not shining She's so beautiful, And I tell her every day. When I compliment her She wont believe me When I see her face, There's not a thing that I would change She's so amazing. Her lips, I could kiss them all day if she'd let me. I think I'm falling. And she ought to know by now how much I love her. It was destiny's game For when love fin'lly came.. Sigh.. Beautiful girl You've made me love again After a long, long while In love again.. And I'm glad that it's you.. Beautiful girl. Awee! The End. I don't want this to be appreciated. I just want to show it. But if you do, I would love it :)
Professor Fate - Avarice And Prodigality a song from the album "The Inferno" (2007) Professor Fate is Mick Kenney's (Anaal Nathrakh/Exploder/Mistress) solo project that produces cinematic style music. It is a form of epic classical that fuses intertwined drumbeats with orchestral rock and electronic sounds. The music screams "soundtrack" in its every audible moment, with grand, sweeping soundscapes that inspire cinematic imagery even in the dark. The inferno presents you with a powerfully potent journey through the caverns of the underworld, Inspired by Dante Alighieri's book, 'The Divine Comedy'. Song writer Mick Kenney, who is also responsible for the underground notables Anaal Nathrakh/Exploder/Mistress, has over the years grown into a cult figure in the metal and rock community. Mick has worked with artists such as Attila Csihar (Mayhem) Shane Embury (Napalm Death) and Kris Rygg (Arcturus/Ulver) and has appeared on BBC radio and TV multiple times (Never mind the Buzz***s, John Peel Sessions).

4. Inferno V, VI, VII Dante in Translation (ITAL 310) This lecture examines Inferno IV -VII. Dante's Limbo, modeled on the classical locus amoenus, is identified as a place of repose and vulnerability. Here, in fact, among the poets of antiquity, the pilgrim falls prey to poetic hubris by joining in their ranks. The pilgrim is faced with the consequences of his poetic vocation when he descends to the circle of lust (Inferno V), where Francesca da Rimini, in her failure to distinguish romance from reality, testifies to the dangers inherent to the act of reading. From the destructive power of lust within the private world of the court, Dante moves on to the effects of its sister sin, gluttony, on the public sphere of the city. The relationship posited in Inferno VI between Ciacco and his native Florence is read as a critique of the "body politic." In conclusion, Virgil's discourse on Fortune in the circle of avarice and prodigality (Inferno VII) is situated within the Christian world of divine providence. The Song Hee Lee Dance Company. Movement Research @ Judson Church 4.12.2010 Prodigality The Song Hee Lee Dance Company Performed by Song Hee Lee and Joanne Kim Prodigality is an excerpt from a full-length work, 108 Defilements and Purification, in which each of the traditional 108 defilements are portrayed, as well as nirvana, the process of purification that transforms them. Contrary to some strains in the Buddhist tradition, Lee views defilement and purification as ultimately one and the same thing, two complementary aspects of a single dynamic process of becoming. With sponsorship from the Queens Council for the Arts, 108 Defilements and Purification will premiere in Fall 2010.
