Predictive Programming: Tv Movie Shows Riots, Quarantines, Mass Graves for Pandemic Flu - Part 5 The massive preparation of government for what they say is an imminent pandemic this fall, triggered my memory of images of riots, quarantines, and mass graves that appeared in a made-for-TV movie about a pandemic flu outbreak. My ***ysis of the film will contain detailed descriptions of the movie, so if you want watch it first. and then read my take here --- During sweeps, in prime time on May 9, 2006, ABC aired, "Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America." The sensationalized movie, follows an American businessman who represents the first human to human transfer of the H5N1 Avian flu virus in Hong Kong. After contacting it from a worker in a shipping factory, he flies back home and later succumbs to the virus, becoming patient "zero" in America. Although it was a TV movie from three years ago, I still had memory of it. This is the very essence of predictive programming, suppressed memories of a situation that has been implanted through the use of Hollywood movies and television shows. The subject matter of the show will present a crisis that the public hasn't been faced with, then present specific reactions that will subconsciously affect the viewers reasoned response if such an event occurs in the real world. Matilda was never officially crowned queen and although she took London following Stephen's capture at the Battle of Lincoln in 1114, she was never granted the title 'queen'. Instead she was referred to as 'Lady of the English'. Matilda is not considered the first Queen Regent England had; this title is granted to Mary I, the first female to have been proclaimed widely as Queen Regent and ruled as such till her death. (Jane Grey was not recognised as queen in many quarters, was not legally queen, was not crowned and was overthrown under two weeks). Stephen's son, Eustace died in 1153 and Matilda's son, Henry, took up his mother's campaign for the throne. Pressure was exerted on Stephen to reach a compromise with Henry, which did occur in 1153.Henry was named Stephen's successor and became King Henry II in 1154.
