  • Hot Garlic Prawns HOT GARLIC PRAWNS Ingredients: Ching's Secret Red Chilli Sauce 4 Tbsp Garlic(chopped)1Tsp Prawns 200 gms Sliced carrot 1no. Capsicum diced 1 no. Onion diced1 no Dried red chillies2 chopped Smith & Jones Tomato ketchup 1tbsp Corn flour1 cup Oil To deep fry Salt and pepper to taste Water 1cup Spring onion(chopped) 1no. Method: Coat each piece of prawns with corn flour, deep fry and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add garlic, vegetables, dried red chillies and sauté for about a minute. Add prawns, pour the sauces and mix well. Add 1 cup water, mix and let it boil. Mix 2 tbsp corn flour with 4 tbsp water and mix it with the boiling sauce till it becomes thick. Adjust the seasonings and serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions. http
