Klaus K. Hübler ~ "Feuerzauber" auch Augenmusik (1981) Composer's note : The composer is fully aware that the present work does not meet the requirements of easy performability. However, the difficulties are not an end to themselves. The establishment of various grades of "unperformability" is an integral element of the compositional idea. At no point are the technical limits of the instruments transgressed ; it is above all the limits of the human potential wich are explored. This has thus given rise to an ***ysis of musical effort wich is phantasmagorially concealed in Wagner's"Feuerzauber" upon wich this work is based. On the basis of the resulting discrepancy between the music text (music for the eyes) and the sounding result, the ***ysis then becomes a phantasmagoria of secondary nature on its own, wich, however, is diametrically opposed to that of Wagner. Klaus Karl Hübler The musicians from the Köln Ensemble were : Carine Levine, Ricarda Bröhl and Ursula Grieser : Flutes Martina Hendel and Cornelia Kolf on the same Harp Friedrich Gauwerky : Violoncello Conductor : Robert HP. Two old juggles in a brand new year Hey everybody! Do you have any juggling tricks that you work on for AGES but never quite master? Ok, I know you don't, Mr. Dietz, Mr. Peden and Mr. Gatto..but the rest of you..? how 'bout it? These are my two pet projects, and have been since the Dead Sea first got sick. I want to master these juggles to the point of performability! I WILL SUCCEED! I'll get them both perfect! And I'll fly to Paris on a magic carpet with Scarlett Johansson. Kidding. I'll never master the freakin' backcrosses. Comments and heckles welcome!

FFXI Mithran Emotes (ミスラン顔文字): /dance4 "Maerina performs a lively jig!" The March 2008 update brought the /dance1, /dance2, /dance3, and /dance4 emotes, which makes a player dance using the animations the Dancer class uses to perform abilities. This update was long awaited, as the previous "/dance" simply put the words "[Character Name] dances happily!" on screen without any animation.

RENCI LEAD Video in HD A video that RENCI filmed and produced for the Linked Environments for Atmospheric Discovery (LEAD) project. RENCI focuses on two areas for LEAD: performance monitoring and adaptation; and fault-tolerance, performability and recovery for the distributed LEAD environment. For the first, RENCI is developing site-level performance monitoring, focusing on monitoring and measuring the distributed data streams needed for data assimilation and distributed execution. The second focus area emphasizes fault monitoring and rescheduling to ensure continued execution of distributed applications. The video was produced, shot and edited by Josh Coyle and Karen Green of the Renaissance Computing Institute in Chapel Hill, NC More info:
