In this case, I just switched to Titania everytime he used it so I could avoid damage as well. He'll also attempt to drop your defense with Marakunda and then use Heat Wave right after that, but this is one of his less frequently used attacks. When Teddie raises one of his arms he will start to charge up his's attack, Nihil Hand. It takes two turns to charge up giving you ample time to attack it full force. Although on the second turn I reccomend that you have everyone guard to avoid getting any damage from Nihil Hand. He also has this annoying ass attack called Nullity Guidance that makes you go dizzy, and he usually follows it up with a Ultra Charge or another Nullity Guidance. If you can follow his pattern and stay healed, you'll eventually take him down.
