Nicol Sponberg - You Are My God Nicol Sponberg (formerly Nicol Smith, formerly of the group Selah) recorded this beautiful song. It talks about trusting God even when hard times come. He is always there for us. Sort of reminds me of the theme of the Barlow Girl song "Never Alone". For me the key line is "You have never left my side". The song was written by Luke Sheets and Jason Ingram. Not sure what CD it's from; maybe it hasn't been released yet. I heard on the last SongDiscovery CD sampler, volume #79. More details about this song. Nicol lost a son after 10 weeks of life back in 2008. This song is about that time in her life. Sort of changes the whole perspective. Can't imagine going through something like that without having God to lean on. Fortunately she did and does.

SANRAL - William Nicol Intersection Completion The South African National Roads Agency, Ltd (SANRAL) announced the conversion of the William Nicol interchange on the N1 to operate as a single point system andwas finalised on 22 March 2010. A single point interchange has a central traffic signal in the centre of the bridge that spans across the freeway. All traffic movements through the interchange are controlled at this traffic signal. The attached diagram schematically indicates the new layout of the interchange and how traffic movements will take place once the interchange is opened on 22 March 2010. Traffic movements will be considerably different from the existing arrangement at the William Nicol interchange once the single point system is operation.
