Company News Sphere Minerals Limited (ASX:SPH) has entered into an offer implementation agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Xstrata plc (LON:XTA) for an all-cash offer by Xstrata to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Sphere.
