Here a advanced form of Hypnosis is used which is called NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) or what is called Conversational Hypnosis.That means a person can be alert even with eyes open, no induction needed but you have Hypnotic Suggestions hidden through out. Here I do however do a Hypnotic Induction though short, and I have you close your eyes after having you pause this so you can get ready for bed as in this I do NOT count you out as this is to be listened to only when you are ready to sleep.
