Ingredients 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup, extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar 1 tbsp of granulated garlic 1 tbsp of cracked black pepper 1 tbsp of oregano 1 tbsp of basil 1 tsp of sea salt 1 tsp of thyme 1 16 oz pkg of baby bello mushrooms, washed and drained 1 red onion 1 red pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 yellow pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces 3 bison steaks, cut into 1 inch pieces skewers 1 1/2 cups cous cous 1 green onion, sliced roasted squash and tomatoes 1 orange Instructions 1. To a measuring cup, add a 1/2 cup of the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, granulated garlic, cracked black pepper, oregano, basil, sea salt, and thyme. Whisk to combine all the ingredients. 2. Now pour half of this marinade into a bowl with the baby bello mushrooms, the red onion and the red, yellow and green peppers. Toss to coat. Save the tops and the bottoms of the peppers to add to the cous cous salad later. 3. To a medium bowl with the bison, add the other half of the marinade and toss. 4. Now skewer the marinated vegetables and bison. Keep them separate because the bison will cook a lot faster than the vegetables. 5. To a pot of boiling water, add the cous cous and cover, turning the heat off. 6. Cook the vegetable skewers on the grill for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently, and then cook the bison skewers for ...

Ingredients bamboo skewers 1 lb of shrimp, cleaned, shelled and deveined 1 lb of scallops, cleaned with muscle removed 1 bunch of green onions, cut into 2 in long pieces 12 cherry tomatoes 1 piece of fresh ginger, grated 3 tbsp of rice wine vinegar 3 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp of sesame oil 2 tbsp of brown sugar 2 cloves of garlic, minced black pepper, to taste 1 lemon, cut into wedges 1 lime, cut into wedges Instructions 1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. 2. Thread the shrimp, green onion, tomato and scallop, onto the skewers. 3. In a large bowl, mix together the ginger, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Pour half of the mixture over the kabobs and marinate at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Reserve the other half of the mixture to baste the kabobs while grilling. 4. Prepare a charcoal grill to medium heat. 5. Place the skewers on the grill and season with fresh black pepper. Turn once and brush with the soy mixture. 6. Cook until opaque throughout, about 6-8 minutes. Take off of the grill and serve with lemon or lime wedges.

Place onto BBQ grill for about 8 minutes close lid 6. Flip when meat is half cooked and cook until desired doneness 7. Add BBQ sauce onto each side of kabobs 8. Remove and enjoy. For the corn on the cob: What you need: Corn still on the cob Aluminum foil What you do: 1. Shuck the corn 2. Wrap in aluminum foil 3. Peach Grilled Flat Iron Kabobs Took three flat iron steaks and made kabobs out of them. Then I marinated them in olive oil & Ritter's Peach Rub over night in the fridge. I then skewered them onto a "fire wire" ... Grilled them on the Solaire anywhere portable infrared grill until medium rare. Next, took some Suckle Buster's Peach Hot sweet BBQ Sauce mixed with more olive oil and lowered the heat of the grill and coated generously... Let rest for 10 minutes and sliced and ate... I am not bragging, but these were better than any steak or meat I have ever cooked before... This is a "KEEPER" folks.... Google ritter's rub & suckle busters sauces.....

toffee cookies and flank steak kabobs Toffee Bar Cookies INGREDIENTS 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups chopped Heath toffee pieces 1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts 1 Sift together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Set aside. In a separate bowl, combine Heath Bar pieces and chopped macadamia nuts. Set aside. 2 Cream butter until fluffy. Add the sugar and continue to beat until light and fluffy (a couple minutes). Beat in eggs one at a time, and vanilla. 3 Alternatively mix in the Heath Bar mixture and the flour mixture, a third at a time, until well blended. Chill cookie dough for at least 30 minutes (better an hour). 4 Preheat oven to 350°F. On cookie sheets lined with parchment paper, spoon out the cookie dough in small 1-inch diameter balls (size of a large marble). Place dough balls 3 inches away from each other on the cookie sheets. (Make sure there is plenty of room between the cookie balls, and that the cookie balls aren't too big. These cookies spread!) 5 Bake for 10-12 minutes, I had to bake them for 13-15 minutes until the edges are just starting to brown. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
