  • C25K: Couch to 5k Week 5 Day 3 This was directly after I completed week 5 day 3 of the c25k program recorded with iphone 4. This week consists of a 5 min warmup (walk) 20 min jog - 5 min cooldown (walk). When I was done total distance I went was a little over 2.50 miles with my walking included in the total. I jogged the whole 20 min without stopping! Such a milestone! If you are doing C25K, and you're worried about w5.d3 here is some advice: no matter what..do not stop jogging. If you start to tire, slow your pace down a little but KEEP going! My fitness level has raised significantly since starting c25k and I've dropped about 12 pounds. I was worried about doing this day, thought I couldn't but I did! I believe if I can complete this one, anyone can! Programs: iPhone 4, C25K app, Loseit app, 3 and Nike+

Unfortunately my body requires that I inhale oxygen, and exhale carbon dioxide to stay alive. This biological process gets faster, as my heart rate increases from physical activity. Some people may say I'm out of shape because I'm "breathing hard", some days I play paintball for 6+ hours straight, shooting 3 to 5 cases of paint, sometimes playing 20+ airball games, 5+ woodsball games, while carrying additional camera equipment on my body to film games. Just before this game started, they called "2 respawns", so I jogged back to my staging area and grabbed a caddy, and jogged back just before the game started. Then, I forget to get air (mostly because I was fixing everyone else's ***), so I used another respawn to go get air, and still pushed all the way to the other side of the field and almost made it to their base. Before this game, I played 10 games of xball, after this game, I played 2 more games of woodsball, and a couple more games of XBall.   • Weigh-in! 1/26/11 - 153lbs Starting weight: 160 Last week's weight: 151 Current weight: 153 Goal weight: 125 I'm up 2 pounds since last week, which is not surprising to me. I was doing GREAT for the past month, but then this week came around I went over my calorie intake about 3 days this week. I'd say I got up to about 1500 - 1700 on those days, whereas I should have been at 1200 per day. Honestly the ONLY reason is because I'm getting my period and my cravings are RIDICULOUS! As far as working out, I'm still consistent with it, going every single day for at least an hour. Walking and jogging on the treadmill. Yesterday I walked/jogged 4.65 miles and burned 420 calories. I've started keeping a calorie/food/workout diary too. I'm going to write down everything I eat, the calories, and write at the end of the day how I feel about what I've eaten .   • WATCH ME SHRINK WEEK 1 09/01/10 This is my first video I have ever posted and I wanted to take everyone with me on my journey to lose weight. I currently weigh 140lbs. at 5'2" and my goal weight is 125lbs. My highest weight was 165lbs. and I dropped 25lbs by switching from Coca Cola to Diet Coke then I switched to nothing but WATER! I aslo used Slim Fast for breakfast and luch with snacks in between. I don't eat any later than 7pm and I try to execise after dinner. I started jogging about 3 - 5 miles anytime I had the chance which averaged out to be about 3-4 times per week. Also when I jogged, I wear a sauna suit to help me sweat. Try to keep the comments nice but I understand everyone is entitled to his/her opinions and I do accept critizism, its just makes me work harder towards my goal! :)
