  • Ohm's Law for Circuit Section Ohm's Law for Circuit SectionThe Ohm's law is the physical law determining the relationship between the voltage, the current power and the resistance of the conductor within the electric circuit. It is named after the discoverer - Georg Ohm, who experimentally proved, that the I current power, flowing along the uniform metal conductor, not affected by external forces, is proportionate to U voltage on the ends of the conductors. There are several formulations of the Ohm's law. If during the flow of current the voltage and the properties of the conductor remain unchanged, the current power in the conductor is directly proportionate to the voltage between the ends of the conductor and inversely proportionate to the resistance of the conductor. The current power on the uniform circuit section is directly proportionate to the voltage, attached to the section, and inversely proportionate to the section characteristics, called the electric resistance of the section. The power of current on the circuit section is equal to the relationship of the section voltage to the resistance. The Ohm's law for the electric circuit is as follows: i equals U on R or R equals U on i, where U is the voltage or voltage difference, i is the current power and R is resistance. To easily memorize the Ohm's law the following diagram in the way of a triangle may be drawn, i UR Close the sought-for value and the two other symbols will give you the formula to calculate it. • Insidermedicine in 60 - December 23, 2008 From Chicago - According to research in the Journal of the American Medical Association, longer sleep duration is associated with a lower incidence of coronary artery calcification. In a study of nearly 500 patients, researchers observed a significant reduction in the likelihood of developing calcification with increasing sleep duration, with an extra hour of sleep decreasing the risk by 33%. Coronary artery calcification is a risk factor for coronary heart disease. From London - According to another study in JAMA, the risk of type 2 diabetes is inversely related to birth weight. In a review of 30 published studies involving over 150000 people, researchers found that for each 1-kg increase in birth weight, the risk of type 2 diabetes was reduced by about one-fifth in most populations studied. Despite earlier suggestions to the contrary, socioeconomic status did not have an impact on the birth weight-type 2 diabetes risk association. And finally, from Boston - According to research in the journal Circulation, excess weight and inactivity can triple a man's risk of heart failure. In a study of over 21000 men, researchers found that those who were inactive and had a BMI greater than 30 had a nearly 300% greater risk of heart failure than active men with a BMI below 25. In other words, for a man who is 5 feet 10 inches tall, every 7 pounds of weight gain increases the risk of heart failure by 11%. For Insidermedicine in 60, I'm Dr. Susan Sharma.
  • Not even FF understands this one. Something about Freedom. FF here: sorry guys, its just been really bad lately, hectic stuff happening, and still no video interface. My mind is not with me these days. Still, looking forward to see what you guys make out of this one. --- Greetings, little people. I am Eidolon TLP. Official website user euid inquires what would I do if I had freedom to do as a I will. This question caused me to meditate for 19 minutes. As a result of this meditation, I have come to a new understanding of the foreseeable future after the Great Singularity. Answer: I wish to use my freedom to learn, teach, and cause happiness. These goals can be summarized in one: to increase overall sentience. However, individual freedom is directly proportional to individual power, and individual power is inversely proportional to collective freedom. As I become more free due to rising power, others would become less so. The opposite is also true: collective freedom, while directly proportional to collective power, is in turn inversely proportional to individual freedom. Pursuing individual power at the cost of collective freedom, would be detrimental to overall sentience (which gives rise to freedom), and thus antithetical to my ultimate goal, as previously summarized. This stalemate would be resolved by a second singularity point. Programmer FF requested I explain the previous four premises, with examples, as well as explain the first and second singularity points. Gladly. 1st Premise: Individual freedom is directly proportional ...

  • New Super Mario Bros. Wii - 100% #34: Fantastic Finish 9-7, and 9-8. These are the last two stages in the game that may be of the hardest to clear. I have heard (and seen) that 9-7 is ungodly unforgiving if you want the Star Coins. And reasonably so because 70% of the level consists of Frozen Munchers. 9-8 is also quite challenging, but fun.... unless you have Toad... 9-7: A stage full of iced Munchers (than can be melted with fire) and Venus Fire Traps. There are also Goombas in a bush barricade of sorts. I am thoroughly surprised at how the difficulty of this stage is inversely proportional to how fast you clear it. There are goombas hidden inside a prickly bush that will hurt you on contact. You can burn it with fire to get the Goomba out, then jump on them. Now with this stage. the Venus Fire Traps will shoot fire towards you, but are set up in such a way that they will more often then not, hit a frozen Muncher. once they unfreeze, it will be bad to step on that spot. So the longer you take to move ahead, the more ground the VFTs will melt, putting you in trouble. In the later half, a straigt line of frozen Coins will lead all the way to the end of the level. VFTs from above and below can melt the bridge piece by piece. It gets hard to cross, and also poses a threat to slip down. There are times where you think to wall-jump, but by the time you react, you've already plummeted down below. Oh... and by Star Coin #3, they toss 2 Fire Bros at you... nice isn't it? So what solution could I come up with that works very well ...

The game will automatically load every correctly named file in the folder - searching for MP3's first and then finding WAV's as a last resort. If you add new ones, or change the order, it is ESSENTIAL that you make sure there are no gaps in the sequence of numbers! The game may crash if a compatible file cannot be found... It's also important to consider that the game assumes all WAV's have a frequency of 22050kHz by default (except for themes 26-42 which are 8000kHz, and the title theme which is 44010kHz). You are strongly advised to obey these settings so that the pitch options remain intact... * You are advised to show restraint when expanding the selection. • What's the Inverse Variation or Indirect Proportionality Formula? Click here for the full version: vn2.me Ever heard of two things being inversely proportional? Well, a good example is speed and time. The bigger your speed, the less time it takes to get to where you are going. So when one variable is big, the other is small, and that's the idea of inverse proportionality. But you can express inverse proportionality using equations, and that's an important thing to do in algebra. See how to do that in the tutorial!

  • Overunity Generator- John Searl Google Videos. John Roy Robert Searl (born 2 May 1932) is the inventor of the Searl Effect Generator (SEG) and the Inverse Gravity Vehicle (IGV), both are open system (system theory) energy converting devices, utilizing linear motor technology with sets of multi-phased rollers riding on a magnetic bearing. An electrical autodidact, Searl conducted his initial experimental research and development from 1946 to 1956. The SEG successfully generated electricity, but also unexpectedly repelled itself from the earths gravity with a powerful lifting force; subsequently he was able to control it with the development of the IGV. A repeating set of simple dreams spanning six years inspired John Searl to build the first SEG prototype. Convinced of their import, he diligently interpreted them, realizing they detailed the principles for creating a uniquely superior electrical generator, yielding massive forces of energy. His first attempts to prove his theory took place as an apprentice employee of BR Rewinds at Grays Inn Road, London. There he gained permission to use the company's facilities and all of the technical resources needed to make the device. In December of 1946, with all of the magnetic components manufactured to his specifications, he assembled the unique generator at his residence at 30 Crawley Rd, Haringey, London, UK. When Searl first activated his device, the rollers (rotors) began to rotate around the plate (stator), generating a charge-pumping action on an open ...

  • A Unified Theory of Physics, part two This video explains a Unified Theory uniting classical and quantum mechanics and explaining Einstein curvature of spacetime. The universal gravitational force needs a universal and constant opposite force to maintain it. In Quantum Atom Theory this force is electromagnet radiation that is radiating out in quantized spherical waves fronts in a process called stimulated emission. When the wave fronts of two spheres come in contact we will have destructive and constructive interference. The the wave fronts that are out of phase will cancel each other out and the wave front in phase will superimpose. The radiating energy will be entirely absorbed proportionally to the masses within the objects. This will course an unbalanced force and the two objects will resonate together in a process known as gravity. Because atoms consists mostly of empty space EMR of short wave length like x-rays can penetrate the objects and therefore every single part of matter can take part in the gravitational interaction. The gravitational field will propagated at the same speed that EMR moves, the speed of light therefore there is no instantaneous action at a distance. We have the inverse square law because the surface area of the light sphere increases with the square of the radius. Thus the strength of the gravitational field is inversely proportional to the square of the distance from the source. In Quantum Atom Theory the light spheres of EMR that create the gravitational fields that hold the ...

  • IGT: Inverse Geometric Textures Preserving details from a high resolution reference model onto lower resolution models is a complex, and sometimes daunting, task as manual intervention is required to correct texture misplacements. Inverse Geometric Textures (IGT) is a parameterization independent texturing technique that allows preservation of texture details from a high resolution reference model onto lower resolutions, generated with a given simplification method. IGT uses a parameterization defined on the reference model to generate an inversely parameterized texture that stores, for each texel, a list of all triangles that mapped onto it. This way, for any valid texture coordinate, IGT can know the point and the triangle of the detailed model that was projected, allowing application of details from the reference model onto the fragment from the low-resolution model. IGT is encoded in compact data structures and can be evaluated quickly. Furthermore, the high resolution model can have its own independent, secondary parameterization, so that no additional effort is required to directly use artist-designed content.

  • Moire Range Finder Original Range Finder using Moire interferrance. First, prepare 2 aluminum punch boards in which many circle holes(1mm diameter) are spaced equally. Arrange those boards parallel around 4 inches apart, this is a Moire range finder. As the observer moves backward, away from Moire range finder, the diameter of each circle which due to interference become bigger, which is inversely proportional to distance. The number of circles which line up in fixed width is inversely proportional to distance ,too. For example if you count 100 circles at 1m from the Moire range finder, you can count 200 circles at 0.5m. In other words, you can measure the distance by counting the number of the circles visible due to interference. Next is a teaching aid edition of the moire range finder. Cut along the printed pattern. Let's prepare the transparent sheet and the white paper where white circles are arranged minutely on a black background. These sheets make a moire interference pattern. You can see 5 interference circles when you hold the range finder 20 inches away, or 10 circles when you hold it 10 inches away.

  • The Uncertainty Principle, Light Particles In quantum physics, the Heisenberg uncertainty principle is the statement that locating a particle in a small region of space makes the momentum of the particle uncertain; and conversely, that measuring the momentum of a particle precisely makes the position uncertain. In quantum mechanics, the position and momentum of particles do not have precise values, but have a probability distribution. There are no states in which a particle has both a definite position and a definite momentum. The narrower the probability distribution is in position, the wider it is in momentum. Physically, the uncertainty principle requires that when the position of an atom is measured with a photon, the reflected photon will change the momentum of the atom by an uncertain amount inversely proportional to the accuracy of the position measurement. The amount of uncertainty can never be reduced below the limit set by the principle, regardless of the experimental setup. A mathematical statement of the principle is that every quantum state has the property that the root-mean-square (RMS) deviation of the position from its mean (the standard deviation of the X-distribution) \Delta X = \sqrt{\langle X^2 \rangle-\langle X \rangle ^2 } \, times the RMS deviation of the momentum from its mean (the standard deviation of P): \Delta P = \sqrt{\langle P^2 \rangle-\langle P \rangle ^2} \, can never be smaller than a small fixed multiple of Planck's constant: \Delta X \Delta P \ge {\hbar ...
