Police Brutality: Cop Shoots Homeowner 6 Times Then Covers Up. 911 CALL PHOENIX (CN) - A Phoenix police officer shot Tony Arambula six times in the back during a 911 home-invasion call, and the 911 tape recorded the officer's partner saying, "That's all right. Don't worry about it. I got your back. ... We clear?" The officers were not aware that the 911 call was still recording as they spoke about covering up the shooting. In their complaint in Maricopa County Court, Anthony and Lesley Arambula say an armed intruder "crashed through the front window" of their home on Sept. 17, 2008 and ran into one of their son's bedrooms. Anthony, worried about his son who was still in his bedroom, says he "held the intruder calmly at gunpoint" and called 911. Phoenix Police officers already in the neighborhood heard the crash of the Arambulas' window. When they approached the house, Lesley says, she told Sgt. Sean Coutts that her husband was inside holding the intruder at gunpoint. Lesley says Coutts failed to pass on that information to the two other officers. Inside the house, the Arambulas say, Officer Brian Lilly shot Anthony six times in the back while he was still on the phone with the 911 operator - twice when he was on the ground. The officers ran into the bedroom after Anthony told them, "You just killed ... you just killed the homeowner. The bad guy is in there." The complaint states that Officer Lilly "admitted that it was only after Tony was laying, bullet-ridden, on the ground that he assessed the situation. The 911 tape continued to record ...

Just because you'll save thousands with u ASK does not mean you're getting a less quality product; In fact quite the contrary! The steel home construction method is a far superior structure to timber. And don't worry; you can still have a "Brick home". The brick part is only the veneer, when they talk about a "Steel Home" they are simply referring to the product from which the frames and trusses are made out of! You can have any finish you like on the exterior of the home including timber if you so desire. When they say "KIT HOME" they are simply refering to the fact that the home is supplied in stages, with easy to understand instructions to DIY standards. ASK HOMES even supplies wholesale building materials directly to professional builders who do not want to manage their own purchasing. Steel is proven to be a stronger product than timber; it is termite free, non-combustible and most importantly easier to build with because of its light weight, more flexible attributes. You'll notice that most high-rises today are built out of the same material because of the sheer speed difference and lack of cranes required in its implementation. Because of these fantastic benefits, ASK HOMES have become synonymous with sloping sights and "pole homes" as you may have heard them referred to ...

You would call 480-Velocity Michael, I have some clients who are buyers that would love that rate. Is that available to buyers as well? Actually, yes its that rate is for a no cash out refinance, no higher than 80% LTV, they have to have perfect credit to hit this number but even in some cases, well with this particular loan there are some closing costs, but one of the things we have available too is a no cost option and that interest rate is for people who are doing the purchase or refinancing and that rate is only 5.5%. The interest rate is 5.5% and the APR is 5.5% so that is for purchase money as well. Were back talking here with Jeri League and Kalyn Roberts, were talking about the objections to doing short sales, there is another one you wanted to point out Jeri? Yes, one more objection that people often have when we talk to them about their particular situation is ...
