  • Coach Purse Cake This is a Coach Purse Cake made from 3 1/4 sheet cakes. The entire cake is chocolate and has a chocolate ganche filling. The c's were made from a stencil that I made. The cake was suppose to have a second strap where the silver strap is but it cracked on the way to deliver the cake. I didn't airbrush the cake because of the black and white I didn't want to smudge it. The cake was a surprise gift from a husband to his wife. Thanks for watching.

Imagine giving this to a kid on Christmas, he'd probably be excited that he got a log or a lump of chocolate, a bar I suppose you could say. But once he opens it up, he sees that it's really a ton of chocolate pieces, and he unleashes the storm of azure squares onto the kitchen table! At least, I would. Taste, Texture, and Consistency 5/10 This being my first ever cheesecake chocolate, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect. Would it resemble an actual cheesecake? Or would it have more of a fake flavor, like how some chocolates have a fake cheery or orange taste to them sometimes. Not to mention, I haven't the slightest clue what a ganche is.
