  • Which VA dems attended terror-linked mosque fundraiser? The terrorist-linked Dar al Hijrah Islamic Center held their annual fundraising banquet this past Saturday April 3 at the Fairview Park Marriott in Northern Virginia. Seven Virginia elected officials were featured as invited guests on the advertisement for the fundraiser. Starting on February 17 we notified those seven officials about the terrorist links of Dar al Hijrahs past and current imams and congregants. Two of them, Senator James Webb and State Delegate Kaye Kory, had their name removed from the flyer in the weeks following our notifications. Yet on the eve of the fundraiser, the remaining five - Governor Tim Kaine, Conressmen Gerry Connolly and Jim Moran, and Fairfax County Supervisors Penny Gross and Sharon Bulova kept their names on the invitation. On Saturday, concerned Virginia citizens including the Virginia Anti-Sharia Taskforce (VAST) and Act for America held a protest outside the hotel. Two local community members, who had purchased confirmed tickets days in advance, and had registered, and been issued nametags at the door, were later ejected by security guards before they could even enter the event. The next day they came to CSP, concerned about Dar-al-Hijrahs poor treatment of non-Muslims who are average citizens, while Dar-al-Hijrah actively invited non-Muslims who are elected officials.   • SEIU Intimidation Outside of Meg Whitman Fundraiser Yesterday I went to a SEIU protest outside of The Padre Hotel in Bakersfield, CA. Inside Meg Whitman, who is running for Governor of California against Jerry Brown, was having a fundraiser. The SEIU was out in full force handing out bullet points for when their members talked to the press, intimidating people who were attending the fundraiser as well as customers of The Padre Hotel. They did not care about any customers of the private business with their loud megaphones and their non-stop chanting like robots. When the news showed up, one of the SEIU members directed all of them to walk behind the reporter in a circle and chant loud. As if they couldn't think for themselves. I did two interviews with two of their members, one of which after she found out why I was their did not want to be on camera. One of the SEIU members had recognized me from the news or one of my past videos fighting the local carpenters union protesting a church. After he told the coordinators of the protest who I was, I did not receive the chance to interview any more people. A man leaving the Padre Hotel was confronted and was accused of being a racist as he tried to get in his car. Before he got in his car a protester actually said "Yeah, go home and cuss at your kids and beat your wife dumb ass!"   • Running the Keys 100 - SOWF Fundraiser To make a donation visit /keys100. Keith is a veteran Reconnaissance Marine that was honorably retired from the Marine Corps after his convoy was hit by a roadside bomb in Iraq. He suffered severe injuries to his left leg along with massive head trauma, but miraculously he survived. His friends, however, weren't so lucky and many of them were killed in action that day and even more passed on during Keith's entire tour in Iraq. Keith was in the hospital for many months after the incident, suffering from a multitude of ailments derived from the massive shrapnel wound on his leg. Doctors repeatedly told him that he'd never walk without a cane again...but they were wrong. On May 16, 2009, Keith will be running in the Keys 100, a 100 mile ultramarathon in which runners will run from Key Largo to Key West, Florida, in honor of those killed in battle. He is an inspiration to everyone that he meets as well as anyone that has suffered from a debilitating injury. He loved his job as a Special Operator more than anything in world - almost as much as he loved the operators that he worked with that laid down their lives to protect our civil liberties.
