Flyblow Creek Labor Day At Hunter Park 1982 Flyblow Creek was an interesting mix of musical personnas. They first got together in 1979, and gained local fame by playing a mixture of the Outlaw (Willie Waylon)music wave of the time combining the R&B of the 60's ala Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay, moving to the pop culture of the Young Rascals and a southern blues influence that included the Allman Bros. plus everyone else of the era. Jon Bonnett, bass player, would later go on to play for Travis Tritt starting at the beginning of his Johnny Carson show debut through to 2000. Several other members went on to play on the southern music circuits. One noted member now advises daily drivers how long they will live in driving misery upon the Atlanta Interstate highway nightmare.
