Borderlands Item Farming - Crimson Fastness The little run I do to farm for rares. I start in Crimson Enclave then take the gate back to Crimson Fastness. Takes me about 3 mins and I hit around 5 crates each time. No yellows or oranges in this video but as you can see from my inventory they do appear. Borderlands: Crimson Fastness Weapons Run Just a quick tour of farming weapons in Crimson Fastness... It takes about 6-7 minutes depending on the enemies and you can get some pretty good loot from the chests.
Borderlands: Crimson Fastness meltdown Just another Crimson Fastness chest run. Showcasing my better weapons which may not be saying much. I did pick up yet another volcano. I usually go through the whole thing because killing the elites helps with weapon proficiencies. I also wanted to show the sweet effects that stacking corrosive damage has on these guys. Enjoy. Crimson Fastness Farming run This is a typical farming run on Crimson Fastness with my Siren. I am using a Combustion Hellfire and Double Anarchy. I typically check for a chest in the area immediately following your spawn, after which I go in the claptrap room that guarantees two red chests and four lockers, two of which usually contain either a pistol/repeater or shield. Once that is done, I proceed up the stairs, in the door and out the stairs to the next area: please note that a chest usually spawns in the open prison cell at the end of the video. I don't find it as efficient a farming area as New Haven, but it does yield rather impressive hardware if you stick with it long enough. I mean, it's all random... right? :-) Also, it's an easy way to acquire weapon proficiency over time.
Borderlands Crimson Fastness/New Haven Chest Runs 4 or 5 quick chests in Crimson Fastness followed by the 5 quick chests in New Haven For the Fastness portion, start from Enclave and transition back. If you can get through the Fastness as quickly as I do or quicker it's a far better bet than New Haven, since 3 of the chests in New Haven are silver. If you fast transport to the Enclave and backtrack to Fastness and exit the game from there when you start back up you'll be back at Enclave, so you can get back into fastness within about 15 seconds of loading. Best farming spot there is. EDIT: Commenting Disabled due to being an old video of a game I don't play anymore

Borderlands - Best farm - Crimson Fastness This is the best chest farm in the game, done in Crimson Fastness on playthrough 2. There are *3-7 red chests and it's relatively easy to run past all enemies. In this run, I went main menu to main menu in 2 minutes with 5 chests. I'm using a level 50 Soldier, one of the tougher classes to run with. Siren/Berserker is recommended. Some runs warp right into Crimson Fastness, this is much slower. You don't have to wait for anything and have a more efficient route if you warp to Enclave first, then enter through the door. Free software downloads: Check it out if you're interested!

Borderlands "2nd Playthrough" - Crimson Fastness - The Back Door + Claptrap Rescue (68) Note: Originally, I recorded the radio chats after killing Baron Flynt as a separate video due to the time limit, but the recording got corrupted. Basically, Flynt didn't have the 4th Piece nor does one exist, Steele says some things and shuts the Echo system down, and you have to fix everything. A couple snags in my ability to run and at least one pointless grenade, but overall a pretty solid run. The build I use is: downloads.2 Controller: 5/5 Diva 5/5 Inner Glow 5/5 Hard to Get 5/5 Mind Games 5/5 Dynamic Entry Elemental: 5/5 Quicksilver Assassin: 5/5 Silent Resolve 5/5 Hit and Run 5/5 High Velocity If anything I would change Silent Resolve to Slayer just because Dynamic Entry provides enough defense coming out of Phase walk.
