DC Millennium Soldier Expendable Or simply Expendable.Is a beefed up oldschool arcade shooter like mash Tv & Total Carnage.This game shows off the nice lighting effects the dreamcast was capable of.Levels are big, lots of baddies to waste & bullets to dodge. Many upgradable weapons to collect; save hostages along the way (or simply waste em :P). This is one of the later levels, played on Normal mode, needless to say the action becomes quite frantic when playing or the harder settings. The 2 player multiplayer mode is a nice asset to the game as well imo. Enjoy
THEY WERE EXPENDABLE(1945) Original Theatrical Trailer John Wayne and Robert Montgomery share leading roles in this action story about America's early days in World War Two. The story is set in the Philippines, where both men are captains of US Navy PT Boats. Wayne falls in love with a nurse(Donna Reed) and as the days progess the Japanese advance and the Americans are hopelessly outnumbered and fight for their very survival. Great supporting cast includes Ward Bond, Leon Ames, Marshall Thompson and Cameron Mitchell, in only his second credited onscreen appearance.

Some other crew members are bumped off the flight at the last minute to face incarceration and probably death at the hands of warriors of Nippon.
They Were Expendable Touching scene where nurse Sandy (Donna Reed) visits the doomed PT boat Unit for dinner, just before Bataan is overrun by the Japs. They are all so formal, even though they know they are all likel to be captured or killed. Like the bit where she adds a bit of jewelry to her drab military uniform to make the evening special.
