  • Ayuda - Naturally Eases Menopausal Symptoms To combat the symptoms of the menopause, your doctor might have suggested taking estrogen and progesterone, known as hormone replacement therapy or HRT. However, recent studies, including one long-term study of more than 16000 women between the ages of 50 and 79 revealed that HRT did pose some major health risks. Consequently, women have been looking towards natural remedies such as Ayuda - a natural food supplement designed to help with the symptoms of the menopause. Karen Ashby, editor of Europe's biggest Health and Beauty magazine, Essential Woman, tried Ayuda herself once her menopause began. Here is her testimony: "I read up on the ingredients and once I was satisfied it wouldn't harm me in any way I decided to try it. Within 2 weeks I started to feel better. The night sweats weren't as frequent so I was sleeping better which meant I wasn't so grouchy and tired during the day. Within a month I was feeling like my old self again. A couple of weeks ago, I decided that the pills had worked their magic and I didn't need them any more, but within a week, I was getting hot flushes and wasn't sleeping well again. I immediately re-started Ayuda and the symptoms disappeared again so now I make sure I take one every day. Now, I barely notice my menopause. Any woman contemplating using HRT or suffering with the symptoms of the menopause really should give Ayuda a try." To find out more, or to order Ayuda, go to and search for 'ayuda'.
  • Pendulum eases pumping of water Veljko Milkovic demonstrates a new design of his hand water pump with a pendulum where it is possible to use a little finger for pumping. Hand water pump with a pendulum is very simple solution for pumping water. It provides alleviation of work, because it is enough to move the pendulum occasionally with a little finger to pump the water, instead of large swings. Work is alleviated because easier, long-lasting and effortless use of the hand water pump has been enabled. Input energy for starting the process of pumping, in form of occasional pushing of the pendulum, is much less than with typical hand pumps. The advantage of this invention compared to present hand pump solutions are: less force to start the pump, less water consumption, both arms can be used to fetch the water. To get the water running out of the pump, the pendulum needs to be out of balance. After that, based on gravitational potential, the piston starts oscillating and the continuous stream of water is coming out of the output pipe. The pendulum should be occasionally pushed, to maintain the amplitude ie the stream of water. Using the minimum of human strength in comparison to present classic hand water pumps enables efficient application in irrigation of smaller lots, for water-wells and extinguishing fires even by old people and children, which was proved by a large number of interested future consumers during the presentations. • Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Eases Up On DRM Visit to download Red Alert 3 free RIP Red Alert 3 Eases Up On DRM EA's upcoming RTS no longer requires a CD to play, and will allow more installations. by Jimmy Thang September 9, 2008 - Electronic Arts' highly-anticipated real-time strategy game, Command & Conquer Red Alert 3, is going to ease up on its digital rights management (DRM). While Red Alert 3 will still use SecuROM, the same copy protection that Electronic Arts Los Angeles has used for its last three C&C titles, Red Alert 3 will up the installation limit from three to five; EA's other big franchises—Mass Effect and Spore—only allowed a maximum of three installations. The concern regarding the limited number of installs arises when players need to reformat their computers, or would like to install the game on multiple PCs. While EA's recently released Spore was met with relatively favorable reviews from critics, the game has received a one out of five star rating from the community. Spore currently has 1550 total reviews from the online retail site, but 1449 of them are one star ratings. Most of the complaints stem from the DRM service, of which many users are calling it draconian in nature Premier Executive Producer Chris Corry responded to Spore's backlash and wrote on EA's official support forums that Red Alert 3 would ease up on its copy protection. In addition to allowing two more installs, the game will only require a one time online authentication. The EA published Mass Effect ...
