  • Row Gently Here, my Gondolier (Jensen Op. 5, No. 4) (Ocean Breeze) Row Gently Here, My Gondolier! (Leis Rudern Hier, Mein Gondolier!) Lyrics of Sir Thomas Moore (1779-1852) (edited, revised by musician-vocalist); original interpretation of Adolf Jensen (1837-1889: Op. 50, No. 4; key of D Major) Row gently here, my gondolier! So softly wake the tide, That not an ear on earth may hear But hers to whom we glide! Had Heavn but tongues to speak As well as starry eyes to see, Oh think what tales twould have to tell Of wandring youths as we Now rest thee here, my gondolier, Hush, hush, for up I go, go, To climb yon light___balconys height, While thou keepst watch below, Ah! Did we take for heavn above But half such pains as we Take, day and night, Forever, love, What angels we should be! Original contemparary keyboards and vocals of classical, baroque, renaissance, and ancient styles I love to play in respect to my heritage, to the preservation of vitality, and to holistic health. I am always revising toward distinguishability and appreciable expression that represent serenity, profundity, healing, and generational development.
  • Ennio Mazzon - "Azure Allochiria, part 1" Ennio Mazzon - "Azure Allochiria, part 1" from the album "Azure Allochiria" 2010, Triple Bath www.triplebath.gr "Azure Allochiria" (from the greek words "allo" and "chira" meaning "other" and "hand" respectively) is Ennio Mazzon's first solely electronic audio work, after several ones based on field recordings that have been released on physical or digital format, on labels like Time Theory, Impulsive Habitat, Q-tone, Audiotalaia, Resting Bell and his own Ripples label over the course of the last three years. This, being the latest music product of the Italian sound artist, is an electronic environment filled with slivers of sounds, formless at first sight but very cohesive when the reflections and rebounds of the sonic entities unveil the richness and dimension of the sonic whole. The five pieces that compose the unusually narcotic but nevertheless mind-glowing sonic setting, employ a plenty of unnoticeable complex patterns through the entire technically permitted frequency range, which, if detected by chance while listening, will eventually loose distinguishability in the cerebral confusion caused by the highly pitched semitonic dispersion throughout the whole album. http

  • ECE Day '08 - Kuznetsov Thesis Electromyographic (EMG) signals are electrical signals that originate in the brain and control the force generating capacity and movements of muscles. These signals consist of trains of superimposed electric pulses known as Motor Unit Action Potentials (MUAPs). Detailed ***ysis of the behavior of the MUAP can provide improved understanding of how the muscle is controlled during both normal and dysfunctional states. A surface sensor, which consists of an array of electrodes that are placed on the skin above the muscle, is being developed. This project developed hardware and software tools and techniques in order to improve the design of these sensors by providing a means to study the effect of various sensor parameters, such the dimensions and geometrical arrangement of electrodes on the ability of the sensor to acquire sEMG signals with distinguishable MUAPs. The new system was used to investigate relationship between the inter-electrode spacing of a surface sensor and the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of the acquired signals on the distinguishability of MUAPs in the sEMG signals. The signals were acquired from contractions of the First Dorsal Interosseous (FDI) muscle of the hand and the Vastus Lateralis (VL) muscle of the leg using a surface sensor with three sets of inter-electrode spacings. Results showed that while the performance of the sensor on the FDI was not affected by either of the 2.5mm, 6 mm, and 10 mm inter- electrode spacings tested, the performance of the ...
