I must say that in comparison to my Louis Vuitton Diplomate briefcase I ACTUALLY PREFER the Diplomate.. this is for a number of reasons:- 1) the diplomate is a much more usable size (the president is getting a bit big and grand being 1 larger in all areas than the diplomate). 2) the diplomate has a pen holder which sadly is missing from the monogram version.. the taiga version does also have this pen holder. 3) my diplomate is in taiga leather.. the LV monogram is a bit showy! . But it is perfect for a collector like me. 4) the president is too heavy! Being made of wood it is heavy. The diplomate is no light weight either.. but the president is very heavy as it is ...
