There are several ways to do this but the ones I tried in the past were inconvenient or annoying. This way is perfect and is absolutely seamless. Damien Gaweda at a website called "usher" (below) created an installer of a windows cursor scheme that has the mac cursors so unlike other ways like CursorFX they are actual cursors, not overlays and you don't have to individually download all the cursor files, this does all that for you.
