Flat Twist Out - How To (1/2) Here's how I do my flat twist out - or my version of a flat twist out. Regular flat twists are done to stay in for an extended period of time. I do these larger looser flat twists just to get a big wavy look. This works best for me when it's done on 3 day old hair because your hair is fully dry and somewhat stretched out. Products used Mixture of aloe vera gel, leave in conditioner, and Jason Organics Texturizing Cream (I only had a small amount of this left so I put the other products in this container) Watch part two to see how this looks after taking it down the following morning.
