Tape the sides so that you dont get extra paint everywhere. Then use a foam roller and a foam brush. Paint them. ( This will make your house smell REALLY bad for about 2 days) allow to dry for three days. Thats it. Each QT of paint cost $22.00 - $26.00 and I needed 1 1/2 QT so that = purchasing 2. They come in 16 colors, but the store will mix you any color if you agree to the risk, that it may not work.. IT WILL.. Paint ing the counter tops does not look perfect, and is not the answer to all issues, but for the cost its worth it in the right house. Rentals, Flips, or just if your buying time until you can purchase new tops. Again its not by any means the answer to all, but it it worth the $44.00 cost. ( It will "look" painted , but will "Look" better than the old.. Using a sprayer will cause it to look 100% better... Spray them if you can..... Hope this helps.....
