September 1938" which means "The Third Reich Get -Together of Foreign Germans in Stuttgart from Aug.28-Sept.4,1938." It was a big "blowout." A nifty shindig and who was the main speaker to the enthusiastic Schweinehunds from all over the place? None other than Hess. I guess Adolf and his stooges had a lot of confidence in him. You'll see flags with "AO" on them.
