BARBELL CIRCUIT WORKOUT http Youre about to discover the Big 5 Barbell circuit workout that will help you burn fat and build muscle at the same time. This is great for fat loss, but it's also really good for conditioning yourself for Mixed Martial Arts training. So, we will do a Barbell Complex where you do a bunch of exercises back-to-back-to-back, with each exercise being done for 15 repetitions. The type of exercises used in the Big 5 circuit include a squat, a pushing movement, a pulling movement, a single leg exercise, and a total body abdominal exercise. For each of these circuits, you will complete all of the exercises without any rest in between, and then rest one minute and repeat for a total of 3 times through the circuit. Start out with a barbell, however, if you are a bit weaker or are a female, then use a 25 pound EZ curl bar. If you find that that is still too difficult, then use a broomstick or just your bodyweight. In contrast, if you are super-fit, then you can go up to 55-65 pounds. The first exercise to do is the squat. For 15 repetitionspush your hips back, squat down to parallel, keeping your back flat, and then up. Next, move on to 15 push presses, making sure to really drive up on the way up. After the push press exercise, you'll move on to 15 standing barbell rows. For proper form, bend over slightly, keep your back flat, and bring your shoulder blades together. Once you have completed all the repetitions for the rows, you'll then go into 15 ...

8 Circuits of Consciousness Model Introduction The '8 Circuits of Consciousness' is a heuristic model to help us navigate through our personal evolution. In the works and books of Timothy Leary, Robert Anton Wilson, Antero Alli, John C. Lilly and others, these great minds suggest guidelines, meditation practices, rituals and even consciousness altering substances linked to each circuit to help us evolve as the circuits harmoniously interconnect to raise our consciousness. This is my first video (3rd version) and just an introduction. I know some of the text is hard to read, its doable fullscreen on my system though. You can see all the info in this vid on the provided links here. I will post better and more detailed vids on the 8 Circuit model later. The Circuits are 1 Physical Bio-Survival 2 Emotional Territorial 3 Conceptual Semantic 4 Social ***ual 5 Neurosomatic Mind-Body Connection 6 Neuroelectric Metaprogramming 7 Neurogenetic Collective Unconscious 8 Neuroatomic Cosmic http

The Barcelona Track: One Of The Hardest Circuits In 2009 Alejandro Maclean gives you an exclusive introduction of the 2009 race track in Barcelona. Barcelona is going to be one of the hardest tracks this year, said Drew Searle, one of the Red Bull Air Race World Championship's trio of race directors who helped design the course for the 3-4 October race. Its very much a turning race. These guys will be turning the whole time and trying to get their energy going from one direction into another direction 180 degrees the other way without pulling too much G and without getting their lines wrong. Its going to be a really challenging track. Searle said waves on the Mediterranean could make Barcelona extra tricky for pilots because the swells could cause the Air Gates anchored to the sea floor rise and fall slightly. Because the pilots have to make sure their planes are at precisely the right level going through the Air Gates, they will also have to keep in mind the possibility that the pylons might rise or fall a bit just as they approach the gates.

Circuit Training Visit Turbulence Training to get your FREE sample fat burning workout. Click here to get started: In this video I am going to take you through a six exercise bodyweight circuit, alternating between 3 upper body and 3 lower body exercises. To start, we will begin with an easy lower body exercise and a very easy upper body exercise. Essentially, these two exercises will act as a warm up. In the Y squat stance, push your hips back and squat down for a total of 15 repetitions. Since we are doing circuit interval training and not strength training we want to fatigue ourselves with these exercises. Follow that with the basic push up exercise for another 15 repetitions. If you can't do 15 full push ups, then you can always do kneeling push ups, just be sure to choose an exercise that isn't going to make you sore the next day. The next exercise to perform is the lunge. To increase the difficulty of this exercise you can hold in the bottom position, and again, complete 12-15 repetitions for each leg. Now, you will move on to a slightly more difficult variation of the basic push up, the decline push up for 15 repetitions. This exercise will be especially hard after completing 15 regular push ups. Again, in these exercises you will be performing a higher number of repetitions because this training is more interval training than strength training. There still remains one remaining lower body exercise to complete. I prefer to choose an exercise that uses a ...

Fairchild Briefing on Integrated Circuits [Recorded: October, 1967] This half hour color promotional/educational film on the integrated circuit was produced and sponsored by Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation and first shown on television on October 11, 1967. In the film, Dr. Harry Sello and Dr. Jim Angell describe the integrated circuit (IC), discuss its design and development process, and offer examples of late 1960s uses of IC technology. Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation was one of the most influential early high-tech companies. Founded in Palo Alto California in 1957 by eight scientists and engineers from Shockley Semiconductor Laboratory, Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation was funded by Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation of Syossett, New York. Rapidly establishing itself as a technology innovator based on its invention of the planar manufacturing process in 1959, the company developed the first monolithic integrated circuit, the first CMOS device, and numerous other technical and business innovations. French oil field services company Schlumberger Limited purchased Fairchild in 1979 and sold a much weakened business to National Semiconductor in 1987. In 1997 National divested a group, formed as the present Fairchild Semiconductor, in a leveraged buy-out. The company re-emerged as a public entity based in South Portland, Maine in 1999 under the corporate name Fairchild Semiconductor International, Inc. Fairchild Semiconductor presented its new products and technologies with an entrepreneurial ...

Circuit Skills: Perfboard Prototyping When you think - "DIY electronics", one of the first images that likely comes to mind is a bunch of parts and wire soldered to a standard piece of perforated circuit board - and that makes sense. Perfboard is super-versatile - essentially it's just a grid of potential solder-point connections. You can trim it down to just the size you need - or leave extra space for future enhancements ... or revisions, if need be.
