  • Cattle Decapitation - "A Body Farm" OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO (Extended Version) On August 31st, 2009, thegauntlet . net released info to the world about a gruesome murder scene in Solana Beach, CA in which over a dozen bodies were excavated in what authorities believed to be a "body farm". It was reported that a CD by CATTLE DECAPITATION was found in the suspects bedroom and may have motivated the killer. Even a video of the Channel 12 News footage surfaced and was shown to the world. BUT...... ...Absolutely NONE of it was true! There were no murders. There was no Body Farm. Hell, there's no such thing as a Channel 12 News station in San Diego! It was all just an elaborate lead-in to CATTLE DECAPITATION'S new video for their track "A BODY FARM" from their latest release "THE HARVEST FLOOR". It was all fabricated by vocalist Travis Ryan and director Tyson Montrucchio in an Orson Welle's "War of the Worlds" meets "The Blair Witch Project" style and you didn't know that it was all just BS until you sat and watched the full news footage which ran right into the bands music video. Many people got the joke, many were left unsettled, some still think it actually happened! For one thing, if it HAD happened, the band would NEVER have glorified that bit of news nor would they have issued the report themselves or via a news outlet as this would have more than likely tarnished their name for good as well as the cause they support which is awareness to cruelty of animals and the destruction of our planet by humans... This was not as much of a "publicity stunt" as ...
