But, Cowboys kicker David Buehler failed to convert an extra point (PAT), giving them only a 2-point lead. The Cardinals were given 1 minute and 36 seconds to go down the field for a field goal or a touchdown. On 3rd and 10, when Arizona Cardinals QB John Skelton was sacked by Dallas Cowboys' DeMarcus Ware, it seemed as the game was over.
