Superior Court Judge Teresa Estrada-Mullaney in her February 2, 2009 Judgment Decision "Notice of Judgment" States: "Judge Tangeman determined the flooding problem was "static" for several years prior to Plaintiff's purchase of his property. Plaintiff contends the flooding is continuous and can be abated. Plaintiff argues Defendants negligent maintenance of the drainage system increases the frequency and severity of the flooding. That is inconsistent with Judge Tangeman's determination that the primary culprit was POVE's improvements, rather than negligent maintenance of the drainage system. There was no showing that Union's operation of Well No. 8 contributed to the blockage. There was no showing of the County's responsibility for maintaining the drainage channel. There was no evidence that any accumulated debris in State's right of way contributed to the problems in the operation of the drainage system. • Verdant Green This is a song that I wrote on the keyboard (obviously). It's called Verdant Green and it took me like a month and a half... Thank goodness it's over with! The lyrics don't really have meaning to them but I'll post them up anyway. It's mostly just bits of poetry and nice-sounding things I threaded together. And why's it called Verdant Green? No idea. Just felt right. Sorry about the poor audio, I don't know why it recorded like this but I did so many takes that I absolutely refuse to try again. Lyrics: Neither pride's abated All amounts to sin Remedy belated But still I can't give in Hope for greener pastures Just beyond the hill Neither pride's abated No one's got the will Chorus: Careless wonders ringing clear Hopeful thoughts that drive our fear Anything is what we choose Take your time and you can lose Hopeful thoughts that keep us sane Anything to feel the pain... Neither pride's abated Holding out to win Never felt so dated But hey, it's just the skin Hope for greener pastures Far beyond the hill Neither pride's abated And yet I can't sit still (Chorus) Neither pride's abated Wading through debris Never thought you waited Hardly guaranteed Hope for greener pastures But know I shouldn't, still Neither pride's abated Verdigris can kill (I accidentally screwed up in the vid and said the wrong thing here but that's what it's supposed to be) (Chorus)

  • Waves [Original song] Long time, no music! I hope this is worth the wait! Much like the tide The fear comes back in And I cant breathe Feel like Im drowning And cant save myself Would you help me, please? I have to get out of here Go far away where you are The storm has abated now Its relatively calm and quiet Feel the wind on your face And the sun in your hair And breathe the salty fresh air On your lips His presence is my doctor As his absence my disease I have to get out of here Go far away where you are The storm has abated now Its relatively calm and quiet

  • Caltrans Abating flooding of State Highway 1-January 4, 2008 Caltrans abating this flooding of our State Highway.Superior Court Judge Teresa Estrada-Mullaney in her February 2, 2009 Judgment Decision "Notice of Judgment" States: "Judge Tangeman determined the flooding problem was "static" for several years prior to Plaintiff's purchase of his property. County, State, Union or OCSD could not have abated the nuisance by undertaking any maintenance
